    I requested to get a real estate information and was asked to pay $1 for the service. 2 months later I realized I was being charged $20 every month after the initial $1 service. I was not informed on the site that I would be subscribing service and certainly not any sort of such recurring charges. I contacted their customer service and closed my account they told me I was on some sort of package even though I only paid the $1 to use their service. There were no disclosure on their website and there was not email confirmation of any sort informing the service nor the ongoing charges. The company just keeps charging the credit card on the monthly basis.

    paid the $1 for the service but was then charged $20 at a later time contacted their customer service and closed my account they advised me i was on the bundle package even though i only paid the $1 to use their service no where on their website does it disclose they would charge you extra money after you paid for the report you needed

I have confirmed that your account was cancelled and we have refunded you all of the charges that were made to your account on August 1. You should have received the refund to your card payment method and an email confirming the cancellation and refund.     ************.COM This company continues to charge a monthly fee once you have used the service even after you call customer service and cancel. I have cancelled the service 2x and yet was still billed again. The fee is $ 9.95 /M I have received a cancellation number this time, and supposedly will receive an email that the subscription was cancelled again . #******* Highly recommend this company be flagged for disreputable business practices, deceiving the consumer and continuing to charge for subscriptions that do not get cancelled upon request

    Good afternoon, 

    I have researched *** *****' complaint. *** ***** spoke to customer service on May 13, 2024 and requested to cancel her account. The billing for $9.95 had already been processed for her access to our property reports for the next 30 day period. The customer service agent was unable to see the charge was pending in the database. I apologize for the confusion and the billing on May 13, 2024, as well as *** ***** having to contact customer service on two occasions about this issue. I have issued a refund for both of *** *****' payments in the total amount of $10.95 (41 and $9.95). The refund was sent to the original credit card used to make the initial purchase on April 13, 2024.
