    Like many others I agreed to a $1 charge to get a parcel number. Afterwards I was charged $20 in January, and another $20 in February. I called to get a refund because I did not order this service. They said they would refund and instead of refunding $40 they sent through a charge for $40! I have now paid $80 in 2 months for services I didn't order or want. Same story over and over by customers. Intentional scam. Customer Service continues to say they refunded the money but charges were sent to my card on the day of my call to them, no refunds!. My credit card company is helping dispute these fraudulent charges.

    Same old story. I paid a $1 one time fee for a report on my property and a month later was billed $20 on my debit card. i did not sign up for a subscription and when i called to cancel they ok and that was it. The report wasn't correct as it had outdated information so buyer beware, they will **** you in and then charge you for something you did not ask for.

    The deceptive practices continue. I requested a $1 property research and ended up, like others here, with a $10/month charge on my credit card. While cancelling my "account" was only a 15 minute online chat away, clearly their intent is to sign up unwitting people who don't catch the monthly charge on their credit card bill. A refund of the errant 2 months @$10 per month was never offered, even though clearly only one address was ever searched. Buyer beware!

    As others have said and had similar experiences, I too, was taken advantage of. I agreed to the one-time purchase of $1 and did not sign up for any subscription, however to my surprise, there was a $20 charge on my account this month. In the chat, I was able to get a refund processed (we shall see) and they didn't say how this happened but referred me back to their pricing guide. I believe they have some way of scamming you into the subscription without knowing and hope you do not notice this charge on your bank account. I would not use them again. But, if you do, make sure to watch for additional charges that are not authorized.

    I originally searched property records on my home and PropertyRecs.com also known as (propertyrecs.com or thepropertyrecords.com or Thepropertyrecords.com) was recommended by ******* I agreed for records at $1 which was not an accurate report. It also stated payments would show in my account as ********************. I then reached out and spoke with a representative that stated they would do a deeper look into the records and reach out through email and charged $6.95. I received an email telling me where to obtain records in my city from ****, Property Records Expert. At no point was it made clear that they would sign me up for a subscription. I was charged on 7-10-24 $20.00 and after I did a deeper investigation on the site came across multiple complaints about this particular service but with the same or slightly altered name like those in the parenthesis above. I put it all together from the charges on my bank statement and the emails. I had an online chat with a ****-online assistant (properties.com) to cancel my account which she stated you will not be charged any further. I then called the cancellation number from both Thepropertyrecords and PropertyRecs which are different numbers but spoke with the same man and or recording to cancel my account. Im afraid this company is a fraud.
