    The lead man, ******* was experienced and hard working. He resolved all immediate concerns we had as the job progressed . However issues mounted after 4 days on the job. Two of the 4 man crew quit and some of the trees that they planted had to be replaced. There was no contact from the owner despite our request. Over promising and exaggerating the use of equipment and expertise needed to complete the job was made at the beginning by their Landscape Consultant. Perhaps low wages and lack of training for their workers was a factor.
