    My wall oven is broken. I asked them to repair it. They sent a man out and he looked at it and said I will check to see if I can get new parts. I don't know who he called but then said there were no parts available to repair that model. He should have asked the model # before he made the trip.
    Then he could have checked on repair parts before he came. This is a fraud.
    I want a refund.

    With older units parts start to become no longer available.  With a light issue there are many things that can cause this.  Some of those parts are available for your unit.  Rather than just guessing, we went to your home to properly diagnose the unit for what is actually needed.  The control board was found to be faulty and is no longer produced.  We do not use used or refurbished parts, so if a manufacture does not make the part then we are not able to continue the repair.  We did go and diagnose your machine which is included in the price quoted to you before we arrived at your home.  Dalton Service did everything any outstanding service company would do to take care of you our customer.  If you are requesting a refund I will be glad to do so for the full amount.  We provided the service that we promised.  I am sorry that the manufacture does not still manufacture all the parts for your oven.

    I have not had a good experience with Dalton Service Center doing warranty repairs on my whirlpool range. They were slow to schedule initially, and after the original service call they were instructed to call my wife when they had the parts to schedule the warranty service. They called me while I was at work, and I left several messages that they have to call my wife. She tried to call them several times only for the phone to ring and have the call disconnected before someone answered. I finally had a weekday off and I had to call 6 times in a row to talk to a person who was rude and dismissive. The warranty repair is now going on a full month since they were originally contacted.

    This unit was repaired on Oct.18th 2022.

    To reduce the chances of this happening in the future we are in the process of hiring new staff.  We are also increasing training with our staff.  Dalton Service is also changing our phone provider to make sure calls are coming to our office and not just being cut off.

    I apologize this situation happened.  Dalton Service is committed to quality service. We are investing time and money to improve the service provided to our valuable customers.
