This is a hoax, so BEWARE. I'm not sure if these reviews are bogus, but ****** is the worst person I've ever had to deal with or work with. Her emails seem extremely simple, but when you try to call her, she is the most unhelpful, rudest person I've ever dealt with. We have been looking for a home for three months. Her management does not appear to be too concerned. I'm not sure what these positive reviews are; I've seen so many negative ones about her; she's unhelpful, and two days after you pay the hundred dollars, they'll state that they chose another application. Maybe they're waiting for more money for these residences, which is the fraud. I have I have no idea, but please be aware and do not go with them!!

We did proceed with a refund for you since you were not able to move forward on a property. Demand right now is very very high, so we also have a lot of competition for each property, which can also be frustrating.
