My husband and I entered into a contract with Nexus Energy/ Sunternal in good faith and with all trust and faith that this company would fulfill their contract. Over time faith in this company has eroded due to lack of communication from the company and unexplained delays in the installation of the solar panels. The process started July of 2022 and continued on until February of 2023.Since the above dates no other communication with Nexus/Sunternal has occurred. We have also retained council to represent us in arbitration should it become necessary. The following points in the attached contract have been breached by Nexus/Sunternal Energy:1.Nexus withdrew $28,641.82 against the loan with Enium which is indirect breach of the contract in schedule of payments that states in milestone one that the down payment shall not exceed $1,000.00 or 10% of the contract price whichever is less. ($57,283.65 contract price).2.The approximate start date was 9/5/22, as long as any required building permits were received. According to ***** Electric permits were opened on October 4,2022. No attempt to schedule and installation was received until November 29th, 2022.3.Solar panels and other equipment were brought to the site by Nexus/Sunternal representatives with the intent of installation. As stated in the contract, commencement of work shall be defined as Delivery of material to site. Contractors failure to substantially commence work, without lawful excuse, within twenty (21) days from the dare material is delivered is a breach of the Agreement, entitling Owner to cancel and terminate this Agreement and receive all monies paid to that date as a refund from the Contractor, but not limited to any and all deposits previously paid to the Contractor..We are requesting that Nexus/Sunternal cancel this contract and refund the $28,641.82 to ************** We are also requesting Nexus/Sunternal to be liable for any attorney fees incurred due to arbitration of this dispute.

I feel like I should have gotten commission for the sale. The sales rep didn't explain anything to us. Made his sale and bounced. Never had any follow up calls only emails and then those were from the install company. I had to track down the financing guys and ask questions and set up accounts. I had to call the installers with all of my other questions about the program. NO Wonder they aren't BBB accredited. I honestly understand why so many of the "solar energy" companies get bad reviews and get called out as scams and bait and switches. I bet when their reviews get bad enough they'll just close up shop and rename it.
