    We were ALWAYS loyal customers. My husband took all of his vehicles into Auto Express to get a system installed. June ************************************************ because a fuse under this hood that was connected to the battery was melting. They said that they needed to look at the whole system and the wired just to make sure everything was ok. Two hours later they called my husband saying that something happened and the car isnt starting. When he went over there the car said it needed to go to the deal. So we took it in and found out the *** was burned out and it was because the work they did on the car. The dealership said it was going to be $1400.00, which we didnt have. So I asked the company manager to go look to see if it was caused by the work they did. He came back and told us no. The dealership said he did go and look but was only there for 5mins and left. I just dont see how they think it wasnt there fault. They said they never touched the car but it was in the bay and the melted piece was replaced and they didnt charge us for it. Now we are $1400.00 in the hole because a company didnt want to take responsibility for what they didnt wrong. We will not EVER go back there and I tell everyone I know not go to there.
