    I have had work done on my vehicle multiple times for the same issue within the last 18 months. This last time I decided to take it to Land Rover. Land Rover is wanting to speak to the owner of auto solution to explain why the services were done to the vehicle. I have called multiple times to auto solution within the last two months so they can reach out to Land Rover and I can finally get my vehicle fixed the proper way. I still have yet to hear from auto solution nor the owner. if auto solution is willing to fix the vehicle once again, I am willing to do that. The parts that were bought are still under warranty through auto solution and yet they still do not return my call.

    Mr. ********, I'd like to apologize for the lack of communication on our end.  As you may or may not know, Auto Solution changed ownership earlier this year.  Auto Solution was in a distressed status and insolvent when we took over, but we've been working diligently to handle a variety of issues with the business, and working hard get the things back on track.  Our new team are are more than willing to help you solve this problem.  I understand our General Manager, ***, has reached out to you within the last few days to discuss how we can help.  I appreciate your patience as we work to understand your vehicle history and the work that was done (and why) while under the previous ownership and management.  We will be in-touch this coming week.  If you have any questions, please reach me direct at: ************************
