    Had my car tower there to fix a passenger restraint system failure on nov8 2021. They fixed 9k of work under the hood but not the original problem. I paid 1250 of it and paying weekly on a loan that covered more through them. Still wasn't fixed. I got it back drove for a week and moved my seat. The car cut off completely in traffic. I took it back they had it another 6 months. I got it back after paying 1000 to fix a leak, still not the original problem. The very next day I had to get it towed again to them. That was Sept 25 of 2023. Now they say i have and electrical problem that would be too much for me to fix but i never received a proper invoice that states whats wrong. Now I'm forced to get it towed off the property today april 2 2024 because they now saying they just can't fix it and don't have the technician to even try. So I'm paying for a car I only drove for 8 months. I bought it on March 3 2021 it's *** x5 2013. I pay a car note every month for a car that doesn't work due to whatever this company has done without explaining. So I have no car and no money to fix it anywhere else. Just incomplete service and no communication. How are they still in business.
