      I have been dealing with this claim since 6/5/23. Employees dropped my oak table brea**** leg & crac**** 2 places on top. They left my bed unit apart. I had to hire Inside Idea (where I purchased) to put together. They gouged/scraped my dresser mirror in 3 places. They sprung hinges on my armoire. They broke bottom vent cover off my freezer. I have called, text emailed. I had put stop payment on discover and ****** called & threatened to take to court - so I paid. Finally Nov 1 they sent check $90.00 Dated 10/1/23 No one ever came to look at.

      Her complaint was about the cleaning process. We had issued her a check twice and she refused to accept the 60 cents a pound per her contract. She was trying to get more. The contract only covers 60 cents a pound. She was not happy about that. I still have a check issued to her that has not been cashed yet. She did not read her contract and understand that the evaluation was for 60 cents a pound.

      Please send copy high lighting where I agreed to pay $250 deductible.

      Please have them send an insurance claims adjuster out.  I have not seen anyone from Green Apple or insurance company. Only people I have seen are the 2 employees that moved me. 

      As ****** stated I called multiple times (they blocked) my number because I was interfering with their daily business??????  ****** stated to the Attorney General he had not heard about all my issues until July 10, 2023. He knew the day it happened. I also sent about 30 emails with response and Pictures.  He also responded to the attorney Generals office I had asked the movers to leave before they finished because I couldn’t afford any more time. This is a flat out LIE I never told them to leave and don’t know they hadn’t put
      My bedroom furniture together until after they left. The reason for so MANY calls, text and emails was because they would NOT answer or send insurance Claims adjuster so we could finalize this issue. Still have not. Sent me a check for $90. No explanation. 

      Only heard about The $250 deductible when they replied to the Attorney Generals office that my claim was paid. It was $250 deductible and they sent me a check for $90

      Please reopen this case until they have resolved my issues.
