      When having a piano moved, I feared hurting the house or hurting the movers. Apple were very well equipped to this difficult move and it went flawless. ***** of mind for me.

      Horrible experience. Very expensive mistake. While their packing seems to be okay, there was no inventory taken of our items for our interstate move. They left our most valuable rug on the truck snd only found it after we called. They have been paid in full of course. Use a major interstate moving company not these guys. Understaffed and not professional. I cant emphasize enough that you do not want to use this company

      As we are understaffed, ***** got the upmost attention for her interstate move. Our driver did leave a rug on the truck and it was promptly shipped to her once the truck arrive back at the home yard. ***** was under a lot of stress during her move, and unfortunately did not ****** or understand our protocols for final payment. After her husband took over commutations with our office, things went a lot smoother. In the future, please make sure you understand a contract that you have signed, and all details of that contract, or DON'T sign it. Moving is a stressful time, and that is why people hire people to help. ***** got her entire shipment on the day she requested, without damage. I'm not sure what else Green Apple Moving could have done to make this customer happy. Some people are NOT going to be happy no matter what you do for them. ********************* treated the entire crew like they were her slaves, and didn't even offer water to the crew on multiple 10 hour days of packing and loading ****** lbs. of HHG. In hindsight, I'm just glad this move is in our rear view mirror. You can't make certain people happy, no matter how hard you try. Thank you for the review.

      As a retired Navy family, we have made many moves around the world so we are familiar with moving companies. This is the second time we have used Green ***** Moving. They were on time, professional, friendly, treated our possessions with care and respect. Packed the truck carefully and did the same when they unpacked the truck at our new home. Both my husband and I would highly recommend Green Apple Moving, LLC.

      The owner and employees were not honest nor professional. They stole and damaged over $200,000 worth of our furniture, antique heirlooms, artwork - including oil paintings- jewelry, sterling silver, linens, ******** *****, Asian rugs, Christmas decorations, clothing and my childrens clothing and their toys. They stole our possessions from each box and continued to steal throughout the packing, loading and moving process. To say this was a horrible experience is an understatement and when we called to let them know our artwork was not on the truck after a thorough search their response was, Are you calling my people thieves. If you are moving do not hire Green Apple Movers - they are professional thieves.
