      Do not recommend!They do not show up when hired!I had to hire a different electrician to repair what turquoise Trail electric screwed up!Asked for additional plumbing work and the estimate was super RIPOFF HIGH and I said okay AND YET AGAIN... Turquoise Trail electric and plumbing NEVER SHOWED UP TO WORK!!!I'm sitting on a PLUMBING TIME BOMB AND TURQUOISE TRAIL PLUMBING... SUCKS!!!Their work is MEDIOCRE and Poorly done!!!Do not recommend!!!

      Excellent service and fast response! I've been using their services for over 5 years now and they always go above and beyond every time! My well stopped working. The owner **** determined the electrical wiring was fried due to the recent huge rainstorm. He suggested we file an insurance claim. **** even met with the insurance adjuster and together they diagnosed the lightening damage. Insurance covered 100% of his invoice, less my deductible! ****'s knowledge of submitting insurance claims was a true blessing as I'm retired and on a fixed income!

      I hired Turquoise Trail plumbing to install a shower pan, a free standing tub and connect water to the vanity in my mobile home. I asked that two shower heads be installed from two different water lines. *********** did not install the shower pan correctly, securing it to the floor by the drain. The shower pan rocks up and down and from side to side. The water for the two shower valves was connected to one water line. The free standing tub was never installed. The connections to the vanity were done incorrectly and the company blamed a leak on faulty faucets. I replaced the faucets and the drip continued. I found the * valve they installed had a hairline crack. I replaced the * valve myself and corrected the leak. I paid $2942.00 and the company has not returned to complete the work. I found out that the company never pulled a permit to do this work, (a permit has now been pulled, six weeks after the work had been done but only because I filed a complaint with the mobile home division) *********** will not return any of the money I have paid even though the free standing tub has not been installed. ************ sent a threatening email to me stating that I needed to pull a permit for the work and he would not be responsible for any other work done. There are over *********************** Nextdoorneighbor.com for the questionable work done by this company. The BBB has given this company an A rating. Why?

      Good outfit, good people. They did our new water heater and water conditioner and I feel good about calling them again whenever.
