    Dont rent from from here. If you do, read your agreement as they like to add predatory clauses into your lease.Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

    Rude staff. Staff call tenants and threaten them, even ones who pay their rent on time. They don't properly fix plumbing and electricity issues with their homes. They don't return deposits, even if you have solid proof of leaving the home in excellent and clean condition. They take forever to send a tech for any issues so when your sewer backs up just know it will be at least a week or more and several phone calls to get it "patched" up with a milk carton that was pulled from the dumpster, requiring multiple repeat calls for the same issues.
