  Please do NOT use this shop! I broke down in *********** I live in ********. I called 8 to 8 and ******* the owner was very nice during this phone call and proceeded to tell me "that the diagnostic fee would be $50 if they fix it and $150 or more if they don't". I said "ok no problem". She called the next day and told me "it would be over a $1,000 to replace my fuel pump". She then told me "she already ordered the fuel pump". I said "what I didn't agree to that price. That is a lot more then I was willing to pay" and ******* the owner said "then ok you dont have to pay for the pump but it's going to be $392.77 for the diagnostic fee". I then said "what? That's insane for just a diagnostic fee". ******* the owner then started calling me "dude" and randomly naming off a list of things they supposedly did to diagnosed my car that took over 4 hours of the day. She continued to call me "dude" and being so unprofessional, and combative I couldn't believe it. I had to go into the shop with a ******** police officer because I knew with the unprofessional manner that ******* the owner conducts herself there would be a confrontation. Thank God for the officer being there because she kept telling me to "stop running my mouth" because I was telling her "I'm done with this conversation to just ring me out". She then said "I'm not accepting your card you must bring cash". I looked at the cop and the cop looked at me and said "just comply. Her shop her way" I said "ok". I went and got the cash and the officer completed the transaction for me. The officer also told me "he responded to a call for the same exact reason before to this auto shop". Please do NOT use this shop!

  Let me start this review by saying that I have never posted a review about any business but this experience was so horrible that I could not help but say something. I was quoted a ridiculous price 5200$ to do some front end repairs and brakes on an 03 Dodge truck and when I told them that I would like to pick the truck up and not do repairs they wanted to charge me 223$ for diagnostics which I thought was a little high. I then went to pick my truck up and it was parked out front unlocked at 330 on a Monday afternoon with the shop says open and all doors locked and no one insight, I waited until 545 and then went to talk to the local law enforcement parked a block away and amazingly when I did this a mechanic appeared from behind locked doors and drove my truck into the shop. I ran back and proceeded to sit in my truck and ask to pay my crazy 223$ fee and get the keys to my truck, which he could not do, they then called the cops and tried to have me arrested for trespassing. I did get my truck back 223$ later which had to be cash because they no longer would take a credit card because Im a harassing customer in Rebeccas words. I know that ******* and **** will have there own story but believe me its all lies out of there mouths. I am taking my truck to a different shop tomorrow and received a written quote of 1500$ to do the same work. This is a horrible shop and business that are nothing but crooks please take my advice and stay far far away at all costs
