      We have had a dumpster since we started managing property in 2003 and have never had an issue with odors. Recently we requested a lock be installed on our dumpster. On 8/23/22 our dumpster was removed and a new dumpster with a lock was delivered. I went out to look at the dumpster and could smell it from 10 feet away. When I opened it there were flies everywhere. The dumpster had black sludge on the bottom and trash stuck to the bottom (see photo). I spoke to the manger, Antonette, she said it would be resolved in 4 to 5 business days. That the dumpsters are typically rinsed out and she would talk to the department responsible. The following day on 8/24/22 the dumpster was removed by Southwest Disposal rinsed out and brought back (see photo). It still smelled very foul. I called again and a supervisor, Steve came out to our property on 8/25/22. When I called him on 8/26/22, he told me that it's trash and it should smell like trash and it smells because it is in the sun. At that time I requested that the dumpster be cleaned again. He told me he would get back to me and to date I haven't heard back. All I want is a properly cleaned dumpster.

      This company bills you for the months that they don't pick up your trash, they shut your service off on end of July don't pick up trash but charge for July and August when they didn't pick up my trash at all on August say I still have to pay in order to get my service back on. Ok so I pay Sept is here and first week 09/06 they did not pick up my trash, I have been calling all morning and no answer have tried sending email and nothing.
