    I contracted the company to pack and store household items from my home in El Paso, TX in June of 2021. In May of 2022 the household items were delivered to my home in Orlando Florida. There were many items damaged or missing. I filled out the damage/lost items claim for and submitted it within 90 days of delivery. I did not hear back from the company. I sent multiple text messages, emails and phone calls. I got no response over many months of trying. I got a new phone number in December of 2022 and called them again on January 9, 2023 they answered the phone this time and said that they would check with the claims department because the claim should have been finalized in June. the representative stated that they would call me back that day. I have not received a return call or correspondence since.

    Grace gave me the claim form I completed and returned in August 14th. Confirmed she received it and have not heard anything since. She is not answering any calls or texts. Before this issue she was quick to respond so that says alot. Its now November 1st and I have not heard a word. I'm hopeful they will do whats right but so far nothing

    I am rejecting this response because:
    It is an embarrassing offer! The settlement offer is equivalent to leaving a penny on the table to tip a waitress.  You want to settle claim for 124.00 .  My loss was extremely more.

    The total amount due to Ready Set Go for the entire service was $9,200.00. It was charged in 3 different transactions per the company and it was completed at the time of drop off on March 10, 2022. They committed to transporting my household goods in safe and its original condition. The issue at hand currently is being able to communicate to Ready Set Go the problems that have arised throughout the entire experience. We are a military family and this was a permanent change of station move. At the time of pick up in El Paso, Texas they did not complete the job in full causing many of my household items being left behind. Although they did return the next day because they rushed the rest of my belongings were not taken. I expressed this to Armando, the owner of the company and he suggested that since we had already left the state he was going to go by the now vacant home to pick up the balance of the stuff that was left behind. When he arrived there after reminding him many days after, my belongings were no longer there. When we arrived to North Carolina, our household goods was scheduled as promised but the day of the delivery the men who delivered our belongings damaged things like our bedroom furniture, the walls of house home and damaged our screen door just to name a few. Because this was such a hectic and busy day personal belongings of my husband and I were stolen. These items were my AirPods, my husband's AirPods and his apple watch. I called the company to inform them what happened and they mentioned it was not their responsibility make sure such personal belongings were in reach of their workers. They did nothing to help resolve this and I later explained that our construction ladder taken. Although Armando acknowledged this, he continues to this day to either say he will coordinate for next drop off or ignore my calls. I would call Super Good Movers, this was the local company in El Paso that connected me with Ready Set Go for our long distance move.

    Response to Mrs ***** complain 

    Mrs ***** we have talked to you several times about this matter. When you where claiming that we left items behind its is on the contract to do revision  when our movers are about to finish, it is the customer responsibility to do walk through the house before they leave to make sure no items are left behind. And Armando went back to your house  twice to pick up the rest and we did send them. Secondly like we mention to you over the phone also about the AirPods per our contract we are not liable for any valuable items. I am very sorry that we haven’t been able to send your ladder and until this time we haven’t send  another trip near your location, we are willing to compensate you  accordingly with the contract, and also for damages that you claimed. We received your claim form back in May and most of these items were damaged before we even load them. We will settle with you for 600 lb at .60 per lb it’s a total sum  of $360.00

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is unsatisfactory to me. Due to acknowledgment of an item that is still in possession of Ready, Set, Go moving van lines (my ladder), I cannot only accept $360.00 for the loss of my ladder on top of the damages done to my property. I am willing to agree to the sum of $360.00 and having my ladder either shipped back to me from their warehouse where they had confirmed it was or being reimbursed in full for the price of the ladder on top of the total sum of $360.00. If we can agree to this I am willing to move forward and closing out this issue.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I have been waiting almost a year for the return of my ladder let alone trying to get in communication with you. I am not confident that this issue will be resolved with such a vague response. I only say this because I have been trying to work with you without any third party intervention. With that being said, without having a physical date or confirmation when it’ll be returned I would respectfully appreciate if we can end this back and forth and agree that you can just cover the cost of my ladder.
