      I consider this post a good deed. People must know about AIM ******************** The words to describe them are many which are not limited to the following: incompetence, untrustworthy, lazy, dishonest, sneaky.They are the absolute worst people! Save yourself from the frustration, lies and damages. AIM Properties will act professional when they try to earn your business, then they will only choose to respond when they want to and ultimately ignore and not do their job.The owner/property manager contracts are filled with landmines favoring their company. You cannot get out of it after 30 days' notice as written in one section. They will demand management fees until the full lease term is up. This is very deceptive and they verbally lied about it.I worked with ******** who ignores calls and emails. If I have three questions, his response would only address one. I have to go back and forth and push him multiple times to address my concerns. I wanted to give the company a chance to do better so I reached out to the owner *******. She does NOT care and never responded to my emails or calls. One would think the owner would want to correct their mistakes and keep my multiple properties with them. When I switched to another management firm, the tenants complained with a list of outstanding issues AIM properties completely ignored. Upon termination, they double charge the last management fee and closed access to their ledger. How convenient!Bottom line. Look elsewhere! Don't go through the worries and frustration I experienced with their complete incompetence. Due to their failure, one of my property cost me $26,000 to fix. I am still deciding if I should take AIM to court!

      Hello ****,We are sorry we didn't meet the **** with your properties. We understand communication was not met and we apologize. In regards to the photos you have posted, this specific property was brought over in 2021. When we took over management, tenants were already residing at the property. We conducted an inspection of the home on 08/03/2021 and shared that full report with you. At that time, you were fully aware and agreed you were going to spend a large amount of money to get the unit where it needed to be once the tenants vacated. Many of the photos you have posted are in the 2021 report you recevied. Again, AIM Properties cannot be held liable for damages you were aware of and/or damages the tenant may have caused.As for the management fee, you were advised it takes 30 days to complete a clsoeout. Closeouts are completed within a 30 day timeframe, however, when rushed, items may be missed. The double charge in question, was when your tenant bounced a payment. This was quickly refunded once it was ****** to our attention. Once we closeout an owner or tenant we deactivate them from our system.
