    Hi ******* 

    Unfortunately, we are dealing with a third party calling us out and then not approving what we are requesting to get done. 

    It's a little difficult when we get put in the situation because the real person who are frustrated with is your warranty company. If you would like to schedule the job with our office to come on out and complete the work and go ahead and take care of the cost and dispute whatever warranty you'd like with your warranty company you are more than welcome to have us come by and complete the work. But unfortunately we can't be running around town representing companies who are not holding up their end of the bargain. Last year alone we were unpaid over $50,000 in approved warranties. 

    We are still a little skeptical even dealing with warranty companies but we are trying.

    We hope you remove this review and we look forward to hearing back from you so we can schedule this to get it done.

    ****** *****he owner immediately became defensive and said they don't warranty the water lines and it's my swamp cooler that's the problem. A technician came out that day and fixed the leak. The invoice states that the fitting was compromised. When the technician was at my house, he stated twice that the person who installed the line did it wrong and it wasn't tightened enough. I'm guessing he told the truth about it not being installed correctly until it was found out that they were the company that installed it. Then they most likely worded the invoice in a way that favored them. I got a call that day advising that I owed the service invoice, which I explained I would not be paying and I now have to deal with mold/mildew from a leak they caused. I have emailed and called the owner who has not responded in any way. I'm seeking a billing adjustment for the current bill and a refund for the service bill from May as this company caused damage to my home.
