    They were not knowledgeable regarding plumbing in the mountains. They did not complete work promised and to customer satisfaction. They took customers property and sold it without authorization or reimbursing customer. They charged more than originally stated, and never provided statement of work. They promised 15 year warranty, but never provided paperwork.

    Hi ***** and *******,This shirt turned out to be a a bit of a disappointment on both parties. This is very odd, because of the fact you were extremely nice to our guys. Then after they left, you said that we should of used PVC instead of the galvanized hard piping that we did use. then you kept saying that we used particle board to cover the big open hole in the floor and in fact we used 7/8 OSB . It was unfortunate that you're making these statements even though when our guys were loading up your old rotted out well pressure tank to take to **************** you did not mention anything about keeping it.After you handed our guys the final payment in cash. It seemed like you were extremely happy. we had no idea about any of this until ******* started calling the office demanding money back? It was very unfortunate how you turned on us after you seemed to be the nicest people. Just for the record to us that old tank was trash and it went to the dump so we did not profit at all on your old tank.Well I hope you have a reconsideration posting this review.Thanks, ***************CEO United Plumbing LLC

    Very polite, gave me a quote and when I said no thank you, im going in another direction. Now I owe a diagnostic fee of ****** Even though their website says free estimates. If you tell me what's wrong with my unit, using no equipment, that is an estimate. Then to blow up my phone with text messages explaining that he doesn't just drive around giving free estimates. Do not use this company unless you have no choice. Customers should not be swindled into doing business. If your asking me for almost ****** answering a few questions and showing me why its broken isn't too much to ask.

    Hi ***************I just stumbled upon this review,You sure went out of your way,this will be the third platform I found you posting reviews on.Yes unfortunately we do not offer free diagnostics. When I went out to your house that day you never mentioned that you wanted to replace your heater or I would have just given you a free estimate on what that would have costed. I sure you wish you would have let me put in the new computer board for your ******* unit that was giving you a hard time . it was clear that other contractors were out there changing parts, they did not understand what was malfunctioning, I've been doing this for 25 years and I stumbled upon that same exact furnace probably 15 times now in my career,they all were doing the exact same thing. So luckily I was able to save you a ton of money and get right down to the exact problem of what was going on. You know being so highly trained and experienced is sometimes often a curse. If I would have been unknowledgeable,you would have had no problem with me dissecting your furnace like you did the other technicians. I got right down to the nitty gritty of things and I told you exactly what the component was. We could have replaced it we could have had saved you a ton of money and got you a long life out of that ******* heater. Well I hope you reconsider these reviews because they are damaging to our small family business and ****% of people understand the difference between a diagnostic and an estimate I hope that it finally starts making sense thank you.******* .
