    I am also a victim of this business. I **ntacted the ** office and filed a police report. I also have turned it over to my credit card ** for refund. These are not good people. They prey on individuals walking by and do fast talking and before you know it you have purchased useless products and merchandise. They use pressure tactics, smooth and fast talking. I was from out of town. When I opened products the foil was not sealed and products were curdled. They sent replacements and they had same issue. Call the *********** ** office, file a ************** Report and give your statement. Make sure your identity hasnt been **mpromised. You are not alone. My advice STAY STAY AWAY!!!!

    Happy to see I'm not the only sucker that fell for the sales tactics! I walked by the spa and before I even knew what happened I walked out with almost $3000.00 in products!!! Yes, I signed the waiver and I'm stuck with this stuff. This was June 2022

    This business utilizes hard sell tactics to convince mostly older women with wrinkles to use their VERY expensive products and devices to reduce wrinkles. They had my wife captive for two hours and she ended up purchasing over $6500 in skin care products and a led device to supposedly reduce wrinkles. She was barely out of the shop when she was overcome with buyers remorse and strongly desired to return the unopened items and get her money back, but they have an ironclad no returns policy that is signed by each customer.If you WANT to spend $6500 (or more!) on anti-aging product and devices, this might be the place for you. But my advice to all is STAY AWAY, BUYER BEWARE!! The sales people in this store are VERY skilled at manipulating people. Dont fall for it!

    MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING IN FOR. What a bunch of smooth talking hustlers. Attractive hawkers hand out samples and then get you to come into the "spa". Next thing you know you are sitting and having your makeup wiped off. Then an application of magical serums and an red or blue light device treats the surface. Yes there are results. This guy talks so fast and is soooo smooth. Props for salesmanship. With a special purchase "don't tell anyone your are using my discount", you get a free facial. But the free facial is another sales pitch to purchase their devices which range from 3900-9900. I was hustled into a facial room and another very attractive man come in... was it a facial? NOOOOOO! It was a demonstration of the device and a pretty high pressure sales demonstration. Imagine you are laying down on a facial bed, a very attractive Italian man, with excellent sales skills. Hard to get up from laying down, so you are a prisoner. I realized that he wouldn't stop until I sat up and said" thank you , no". They may have a great product..."******, and ***** and Nobel Prize Winning", but their sales tactics are predatory!
