They claim to give free websites. Then pressure you into spending money telling you that if you don’t you won’t be able to edit and handle your own site without a developer anyway. They took my money. I have a receipt from them. And I don’t have a premium functioning site that I should. But they still have my money and are refusing to fix my site and give me what I paid for.Business Response

Dear ***** ******, I apologize that our process was frustrating. Most of our clients use free themes but I checked and it looks like you purchased a premium theme from us.
I can see that we turned over your website to you on Friday and you indicated were happy with the direction of it, but needed some additional help as you'd edited something on your end which then broke the homepage. Since it was a weekend directly thereafter, we were slower in our response time but we would have been happy to assist with this during a weekday. We often work with clients after we turn over their websites to fix additional things, help them with tweaks, etc. That's not a problem and something we do regularly.
However, today (Monday) you sent us 20+ threatening and insulting emails, one after the other. We don't work with people who threaten or insult our staff — full stop. We indicated that we'd be happy to continue to assist on your website but asked that you treat our staff with respect. You declined to do so.Initial Complaint

I became an affiliate for the free website guys and by around may in the affiliate account I saw I had made some conversation into paid customers and I contacted Mr S*** on 9th of may and he responded that there was no sale yet the system showed I had 5 subscription and 2 conversions. I emailed him on 9th may 2024 and the conversion were one on 1st of may 2024 and another on the 5th of may 2024. Just recently like 2 weeks ago I received an email from S*** that I had 1 conversion and he wanted my PayPal account details so he can send me my commission. However I went ahead and gave him the PayPal account details and he went under as usual he never replys to emails and their phone number is never answered at all unless they email you. So I asked him about the 2 conversions he went numb. Because their affiliate program gives the marketer an interface to see what his people are doing wether just signed up or converted to paying customer and thus commission is due to the marketing agent. On their website they have indicated they pay after 45 days of the customer payment to them to subscribe. Considering payment made on may 1st and 5th it's almost 90 days up to today. This organization are very dehumanizing to someone just using people to get paid and they never honour their bargain. Worst of all they never respond to any email until when they feel like they want to. I feel so much depressed for sure and would like this company to be compelled to pay my commission. The company feels like since we are in Africa they can use as and dump us because we can't access the USA justice system. I now understand the reason he emailed me that I had earned the USD 50 was for me to feel motivated and send his product to my client again so he can run a way. Since he said he will pay I have done almost 10 emails and he hasn't responded now it's 4 weeks since he requested me to send my PayPal account details. Am demanding USD 100 for the 2 conversions as per the system.Business Response

Hi *****, hope you're well. I think there is some confusion here between applications and sign-ups, which I've tried to clarify with you via email. :-) "Converted" in your affiliate dashboard means that the person applied for our free-website program, and you have 5 of those. 1 of those people actually signed up and became a client, for which you're owed a $50 commission. I've attached a screenshot showing all this: that you have 5 applications (those that say "refused" applied but didn't become a client) and 1 sign-up (that's the one that says "verified" — i.e. the person applied and did become a client).
My sincere apologies if the affiliate dashboard is confusing in this regard. I can see that we need to edit the text a bit to clarify what the different statuses mean. Sorry about that.
We pay out to affiliates after the cancellation period passes for referred clients — and that $50 you're owed was scheduled for our next payout. I'll go ahead and pay it out to you now, though. Thanks.

RE: ID #********
Dear Sir,
Iam writing to you regarding the above mentioned complaint.
The company director S*** contacted me and requested that I should first ask your organization to remove the review from your website and he will give me a token of $50.
First am surprised how someone who is supposed to pay you would not want to give you the payment and instead opt to give you a token of appreciation as he claimed so you can remove the complaints.
Am so much frustrated at the mode of operation experience have had with this company.
They look very untrustworthy given I earned the money in March this year and as per their website they say they pay after 45 days and we are in September now .
The director is so much rude looking at his response because he feels we have nowhere to go to after he earned from my referrals and made money.
I have nothing else to do given his request that I remove the complaints and confirm he has paid me before he can even pay. I feel it very unprofessional of this business to be unfaithful to the people who bring them business in this difficult economic times.
I am sorry was not able to see this email in time as per new Google regulations this email went to my marketing promotion area instead of main email.
If there is anything else you can assist with kindly let me know.

I am rejecting this response because: I earned 3 referrals and the screenshot are very clear I have provided . He only provided 1 but the 2 extra I had provided to him and he refused yet they are from his platform let me provide for him again so he can see he needs to pay me $100which is the balance.
I understand he went back to the platform and deleted the transaction but luckily I had the screenshot saved. You can see the specific times and dates the referral were registered earned from his office so you can know you have earned a referral we just a read only option as he controls everything ours is to follow what he post for us. I would be interested to receive the USD 100 we close the issue.i have to receive the money first then I will withdraw the issue not the other way round where he suggested I withdraw then he pays the USD 100 it means he would have refused to pay again after I withdraw. He has to trust you guyz that my only issue is to get paid and I remove the complaint I have no other interest.
Regards,
