      I appreciated our brief conversations with Loral because she has insights and experience in business. However, despite our investment nearly a year ago, we still have not received the deliverables paid for. We paid $14,900 to get her coaching, optimize our revenue package, and for the rapid marketing system. Specifically, Lorals group was to help us identify 10 streams of revenue, provide a GAP analysis, and follow up with 8 coaching sessions. These deliverables were not fulfilled. Her companys onboarding was unorganized and incoherent. We were shuffled around by team members who could not convey the process and next steps. We had three brief conversations with Loral, but we didnt get the complete services promised in our package. It became clear that we were sold services that weren't aligned with what we needed. Loral told us that we should be in a different service and to upgrade for an additional $10,000. We feel disappointed and disillusioned. This is one of our most significant investments in our business, and we feel like we were sold instead of serviced.

      Terrible customer service. I pre-ordered one of her books and I never received it. They had an incorrect address so we tried again, but never received that one either so I just asked for a refund so I could order it myself from Amazon. At one point, they just cancelled my order without even giving me a refund. Now they're just completely ignoring my emails. I know it's just like $35, but give me back my money since I never received the booked from YOUR error!
