      My exam voucher expired on October 12, 2023 and I emailed them on October 5, before its expiration, with regards to getting an extension on the exam or even taking the exam if I was not to be granted an extension. They never responded to my email. I emailed them again on December 5 but still no response. Finally, on December 12, I got them on live chat, and they were absolutely rude. Terrible customer service! They got paid $500 and they didn't honor their minimum commitment, which is to provide customer support.
