    Purchased firearm and it was never sent. Unresponsive to email and phone calls to follow up on status.

    i was scammed out of $100. They held a presale and never shipped the product. I asked for a refund and never received it. I have contacted them through email and social media and they have ignored all of my messages. I once was a fan of their products but their business practices are shady. They should be sued.

    First off It really aches me to the core to come here to post anything negative about a business that was once an outstanding and a huge proponent of the 2nd Amendment who solely focused on preserving our freedoms of making firearms at home. I understand that polymer 80 is going through a lot at this current time and if they want the support they need to face these ongoing challenges they need to grow a sense of good integrity, be transparent and honest with their customers such as myself. Now my problem of what happened with me along with other people/customers who bought the March 2023presale framesI DID NOT RECEIVE. I tried calling customer support that led to no where, I tried emails that gave me the run around saying that the shipping is in delay, Ive finally in November 2023 of last year requested a refund but they never refunded my money. Theyve also done a complete maintenance make over on their site and totally erased my account, so basically I cant see or view my transaction history with the purchase or know the status of the shipment. Ive finally reached out once again through a email in regards about the issue and plus about the refund but gotten no response. I feel as if this is a fraudulent act theyve pulled for a personal gain for themselves by reading the reviews and Reddit posts on the net from people like me whom bought the products. Its a shame and sad situationwill be praying for this company to make a turn around and hopefully once again redeem themselves to being a better business.
