On April 28th, 2023 I made a $216.48 order (order number: ***********) from polymer80.us.com and almost 2 years later i still haven’t gotten my order. I sent several emails about my order and was told that it would come June of that year. After several more months of waiting I sent emails demanding a refund which were completely ignored. On June 14, 2024, I purchased a MACHINED - EXTENDED LIFE - STRIKER - FIRING PIN - PF940 from [Polimer80.com]. The cost of this item was $49.99 plus $15.00 for shipping, amounting to a total of $69.54. This purchase was paid in full immediately using my debit card. A few days after making the purchase, I noticed that the status of my order on the company's website never changed from "processing" to "shipped." I have made multiple attempts to contact the company—more than five times—via email and phone to inquire about the status of my order. However, as of today, July 17, 2024, I have not received any response from them. I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter. I would either like to receive the product I paid for promptly or obtain a full refund of $69.54. The lack of communication from the company is unacceptable, and I believe that they should be held accountable for their customer service practices. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Extremely frustrated with and disappointed in this company! I purchased one of their firearms, need help with the warranty on it, and after reaching out several times over the last couple of months, I can't even get them to reply to me! They initially replied to my email but have since stopped communicating altogether, and it seems that no matter how many emails I send them, they refuse to reply or help! All I want to know is if the issue I'm having is covered by the warranty and get a replacement if so! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AT THIS POINT!Initial Complaint

I have pre ordered from them last March. And gave a couple months for manufacturing and shipping to happen. 6 Months later I tried to reach out multiple times and hit dead ends. 9 months later received a email stating expect shipping in January. I waited until February and got nothing. After a dozen attempts to contact them and get info I am still left in the dark with nothing. I got a general response stating they have new large orders that have to be made and be patient. My sales order has also been deleted from my account I have with them.Initial Complaint

It has been almost a tear now, and I still have no item, and no refund this is ridiculous! I hoped it would not go as far as contacting the BBB, but here we are. I can not begin describe how upset I am. I have saved every lie and conversion tactic Polymer80 has tried to use in emails to put off from having to give me my money back. Over a year ago I ordered a presale product from polymer 80. Through countless attempts of receiving my order and trying to contact customer support I’ve gotten nothing. They have made there support system email only making it impossible to speak to any one at the company. I sent a request to ********************* on August 8, 2023 to cancel orders # *********** (P80-PF940Cv1-GRY for $99) and *********** ( P80-PF940Cv1-GRY and P80-PF940Cv1-BLK for $198.98) because I never received the frames. The original orders were made in March and April 2023. I requested again on August 29, 2023 and was told "Due to credit card processor issues and our accounting workload, it is taking longer than normal to process refunds. Yours should be some time this week." On Sept 14, 2023, after not receiving my refund, I sent another request and was told "Our credit card processor ended up dropping us because they no longer service gun companies. And our backup processor did too. It all hit us as a surprise. It took us a good while to find a credit card processor that still wants gun companies as customers. We're back up and running with one now, but we're now backlogged with refunds over the time it took to get a new processor up and running. And since we have no sales with the new card processor we are having to process them a little at a time. Yours is still in the queue and will get processed. Don't worry, your refund is coming." On Nov. 8, 2023, I asked again why I hadn't received my refunds and was told "We're getting through the refunds as quickly as we can, which is currently at a snails pace. The reason stems from July when our credit card processor dropped us because they decided to no longer service gun companies. Then we found out our backup had as well. It took us a long time to find one that would and by that time we had a pretty big backlog of refunds. The new credit card processor doesn't have any of the previous sales with them so we couldn't just refund everything. We're having to pace refunds with new sales so as to not freak them out and lose them as well. Really sorry this is taking so long. All refunds will be processed including yours." I've had one excuse after another on why I haven't received my refunds.
