    We had issues about 9 years ago and whoever handled things at that time was great, they gave us a courtesy trash can because the guys werent picking up our second allowed can. Fast forward to now we have a constant problem with the driver leaving our cans tipped over and in the middle of our street, or blocking my driveway. At 9 months pregnant I couldnt pick them up and move them so I called. Their solution was to audit my account and see I had a second can so they took it away without so much as a hey hi we noticed this can we talk about it. Now I just got charged $3.00 for a box??? We are done my account will be canceled and Ill just haul my trash. Maybe if enough people get fed up with their unprofessional mentality they will figure out customers are actually an import part of business that they have lost over the years knowing that we have no other options for a trash service.
