    I ordered a 30$ order and got a free item (besides the point) for a gift for my boyfriend and it was taking 12+ months for her to NOT do a thing. Ive tried reaching out via email TikTok insta to her to end up blocking me. I just wanted to confirm address. This is theft. No not recommend, not good business or sportsmanship at all.

    Ordered in July 2024 and its almost December 2024 - no update on the order - no response to my countless outreaches - Ill be filing with my bank to dispute my order. Very disappointed!!!

    DON'T order from her! She's a thief! I ordered June 5th 2024, she created a label after I emailed and messaged her several times on Sept 5th but she has NOT bothered to send my decals! She blocked me on Etsy, I've messaged on FB as well and no answer, yet I see she is still selling and making new things. $50 down the drain!

    RUN AWAY! I've never had to do this. She took my money and never sent my item. I sent SEVERAL messages to no avail. Shes blocked me on all social platforms and still will not respond. Bad business

    ***** has been absolutely wonderful to work with , she Made and installed a custom decal on my vehicle and it looks perfect ! Her communication with me has been amazing and the quality of her work couldnt be any better.

    I really wish I wasn't writing this. I placed an order with this company after following them on Instagram. I ordered on Decemeber 6, i was going to place the order on Decemeber 4th, but waited until Wednesday 12/6 because they offer BOGO 50% off on Wednesdays. I bought these products for holiday gifts. After one month I reached out to the company asking if they received my order and if they could provide any updates, since ordering I hadn't received any tracking information. Finally on January 11th, the owner sent me a link with a tracking number. When you check the tracking number, it just states that an order was created and **** is awaiting a the product. Then on February 2nd, I heard again from the owner. They found my order under a stack of papers on her desk. She stated she placed it to the side to ask me about customization for my order, which I had previously sent a message stating the personalization and received a "got it. thanks for letting me know" message. The owner did offer to refund my shipping cost. Although, it is February 22nd, and i still have not received my order, and the **** tracking has not been updated since 1/11/24. Honestly at this point, I'd love the products but If I don't get them that is fine, I would just like a full refund for the $100+ I spent with this business. Please beware. This company is very active on Instagram and seem to have a lot of followers and interested patrons. They seem like they must provide good service to others, but I did not experience this.
