    On April 2 thru 9th. We went on a MSC cruise set up by **** and ***** of this company. We paid **** for a **** cruise. We were promised to meet 35 ************** and have one on ones with them. We only had 2 autograph sessions. Not 35 players. We were promised jerseys helmets to autograph. On board credits. We got emails the nite before. We didn't have good internet so we didn't get messages that changed everything changed. We were promised one on on with ******************* and ***********************. ***** had books we were all 2 books per cabin. We never got any. All lies. Beware these men have had other cruise companies that go bankrupt and people lost everything. Then they make a new company. So upset this was a birthday gift for my husband

    Purchased a cruise for which the cruise was cancelled and First Class refuses to give a refund even though they sent an agreement that said they would pay within 30 business days from January 27th

    Myself and others were offered a once in a lifetime opportunity to meet ******************* and other promises of events that never happened. We were baited and then everything switched once we sailed. We would like to request renumeration for the lack of the experience promised. Promises to meet *******************, a meet and greet, a wine tasting event with ***, a book signing with ***********************, ******************* hosting a football competition, he never showed up for. Was informed by Dolphin fan Cruise representative that *** would be on the cruise for the whole trip and he left on the third day. We only agreed to go on this cruise because of the promise we would meet him for the once in a lifetime opportunity. Only people with Dolphin ID badges were supposed to be allowed into planned events but others from the cruise without badges entered the events which caused ** to miss due to capacity on opportunities offered in the promotion.

    The Dolphins Fan Cruise had 34 Dolphins legends onboard including *******************. Many things involving the players are completely outside of our control. Although some events were modified the fans got unbelievable access to ***********, The ******************* situation was also something that was outside our control. Unfortunately, the Dolphins made some last minute adjustments. All Fan Cruises have similar challenges and are covered in the terms and conditions. Which are attached to this response. However, I am working on a resolution and I am very appreciative of the *******. We've had some communication and they recently attended a zoom meeting where I outlined a potential resolution as it's FCC's goal that each customer is satisfied in the end.
