    I have been in contact with Jeff *****, President of First Class Cruise Vacations for well over two years in regards to refunding me money from a Cruise Package with his company three years ago. Jeff ***** has called me directly and we have has several conversations in regards to my refund. He states that I he will refund me. But to this date, I have yet to receive a dime of any refund.
    I also suggested to him making payments to me. He didn't want to do this either, but stated he has all intentions of me getting the full refund. I had a Diamond Cruise Package worth $6,000.00 not including the insurance I paid for, for each passenger. That insurance was an additional $500.00 each.
    I would just like to recoup the Initial funds for just the cruise package and be satisfied with that. And call it even.
    Now when reaching out, via phone, his mail box is full. And no respons. He stated that he qas about to claim bankruptcy, and wash his hands of everything and everybody. Because I am a returning customer that has Cruise with First Class Cruise Vacations and had a positive experience the first time is why I an so disappointed with the turn of events now. And also putting faith in Jeff Robert *****, that he would do the right thing. Of course with the length of time this has and is taking you loose faith.
    So I have mixed emotions because on one hand I did have a great experience the first time dealing with Jeff and his company. But for this second experience, I am totally disappointed and frustrated at the turn of events and this dragging of my money being returned to me.
    I try to have faith that this will workout and be at least half refunded. I would expect that and move on!

    Took the dolphins fan cruise. Nothing but frauds and a MASSIVE SCAM IF IT WERE POSSIBLE TO LEAVE A ZERO STAR REVIEW I WOULD

    We took a Miami dolphins cruise and it stunk. Don't use first class cruises.
