I am filing a formal complaint against Structure Studios for unprofessional and unethical practices.Nature of the Complaint:Unilateral Cancellation of Licenses:I purchased two licenses at $2,400 each per year. After attempting to transfer one, Structure Studios canceled it without notice. A few days later, they canceled the second license without explanation.Poor Customer Support:They failed to respond to emails and calls, and when I reached someone, they were rude and unhelpful.Inability to Access Designs:I can no longer access the designs I created, causing significant business ************** Loss and Damages:I request a refund of $6,282 for the licenses, plus compensation for the damages caused by the inability to access the software.Recommendation for Resolution:I stopped payment, filed a chargeback, and reported the issue to the *** and Nevada Consumer Affairs. I encourage Structure Studios to resolve this promptly, or I will pursue legal action.Supporting Documents:Ive attached proof of payment, communication records, and documentation of my inability to access the designs.Request for BBB Involvement:Please investigate, as this is a recurring issue with Structure Studios. During a recent interaction with Structure Studios LLCs customer service team, I was accused of violating their end-user agreement without being given a fair opportunity to explain our side of the situation. When I asked for evidence or clarification regarding their claims, they were unable to provide any supporting documentation or data.Throughout my attempts to resolve the issue, Structure Studios LLC demonstrated poor communication practices. Their representatives were dismissive and rude, refusing to engage in any good-faith dialogue to reach a resolution. Despite my reasonable request for a refund due to the breakdown in service and communication, they categorically refused to issue one or offer any alternative solutions.I am disappointed with the way Structure Studios LLC handled this situation. I expected a professional and respectful interaction, and I believe their actions fall short of reasonable business practices.Desired Outcome:I am requesting a full refund for the services that were not rendered appropriately and a formal acknowledgment of their mishandling of the communication process. Looks like this is not the first time this company has scammed people out of their money. I purchased the Structure Studio program for $315.36 on Saturday 2/1/2025. I installed the program to a computer for my employee to use. When my employee tried to log in on Monday to use the program it was locked. I called to find out why it was locked but got a very rude customer service person on the phone that was no help at all. I attempted to get answers several more times. They finally told me that I had to buy a second license if I wanted to use their software. I only have one person that will use it. I don't want to get ripped off a second time. This company seems to have a monopoly on this type of software and they seem to use it to rip people off. I don't think they have the ability to manage their own company and software, so they just keep cheating people. We purchased 1 license for 1 person. 1: Account was locked for a terms of service violation report. No detailed explanation, not proof, no dates of violation, delays in future resolution, no contact with anyone else allowed in company for escalating my complaint request. 2.Unable to cancel account after suspension when billing renewal was days away. Had to pry from tech support to get them to unlock the 'cancellation' feature on the website.Damages caused are: work hour time expended to learn software, failure to perform after monetary compensation. The company had me sign up for there software. After paying the fee I attempted to log in to the use the software to find that the access key wasn't working. I contacted the company, but the informed me there was nothing I could do and I was out of the money. I then continued to contact management as well as billing for them to tell me that they don't care and they weren't willing to help me. They now have 20+ complaint on BBB, and after speaking with the manager they know that they just keep getting away with it. I can't let this stand outside of the 20 + complaints on BBB they also have triple the amount of similar complaints left as reviews. Which means they have done this before and they keep doing it until someone make a stand.Initial Complaint

Our company has used Structure Studios for almost 3 years. We called in to change an email on the account on Friday 1/24/25, Monday morning they had locked us out of our account. When we called to speak with a representative, they stated that they could put in a ticket to have someone contact us within 3 business days to unlock. Our business runs on ensuring timely delivery of designs to clients and with our company being in the busy season, this should be a simple fix. The representative refused to assist us and would not connect us with a supervisor to help. This is extremely frustrating that with a company of their size that there is no way to assist clients. We bought a program from them to be able to do designs for pools or landscaping. After you pay they give you a code . We got the code tried it and never worked . Reached out to them and they told us they couldnt do anything. Still didnt receive a refund or solution to the problem .Initial Complaint

I have been using this company's software for 15 years. Up until April of 2023 I was using the software while employed with a company under the license key that company purchased and paid for. I left the company in April 2023 and started my own company. I purchased a year subscription to the software under my new company and purchased a new license key. I renewed the license key and paid a reactivation fee in November of 2024. I used the software without issue for about 2.5 weeks then was locked out of the software. I contacted structure studios and they told me that the company I previously worked for had violated their terms of service and cancelled their license key. They informed that since my name was affiliated with that company at some point that my current and separate license key was cancelled and that they had no way to separate my name from the old company. They told me that unless the old company renewed their subscription and paid for all of their license keys that I could no longer use my new license key and at no point in the future could I do business with them until the previous company renewed their subscription. They also refused any refund or compensation for the moneys I have paid them for the service they are no longer allowing me to use.Initial Complaint

I purchased this software on September 26th 2024 and began using it for a few hours. After trying to download a file from 3D warehouse, structure studios locked me out and when I called to ask what was going on, I was told that my account had been flagged due to being linked to another account and they had violated their terms of service. I had called on August 12th, 2024 to ask if I was allowed to open my own personal account, cause my company was discontinuing there account with them. I was told this wouldn't be an issue and I would be able to access all my previous projects on my new account. After taking my money, I was blocked and they refused to issue a refund. They informed me my name will always be linked to this other account and I will never be able to use the software. I have not done anything to violate their terms of service. When I spoke with a supervisor he just kept repeating the same thing over and over. Now that I see the other complaints on here I wish I had read reviews before purchasing from them. Buyer beware! This is a company that will steal from you.
