  Would leave 0 stars if possible. Signed up for a class for my wife to learn fundamentals to allow me to do designs and remain in the field to oversee construction. Upon entering the class the instructor acknowledged she wasn’t me, allowed her to continue the course, sent certificate of completion, just to disable out license the next day. Have purchased multiple licenses since then to continue business operations with each license being shutdown after a day. Have contacted Amex for charges and attorney for them to sit through all their nonsense, as we now are being charged for 3 different licenses that can’t be used. They refuse to answer questions asked when on the phone and tell you “we’ll review your status and let you know if you’re a good fit for us.” You are a software provider, collect your money and move on. Noah ****** is the ceo of structure studios and is easy to locate on google

  I would give ZERO Stars if I could. I have used Structure Studios for over 24 years, Since they started. My experience has been horrific!! I only stayed with them due to the fact they had contriol of all of my designs from the past 24 years. I finally had enough of the EXTORTION and I am not mincing words their business practices are exactly that!! I have been forced to pay for 6 keys when I only use one. When i had a laptop crash and I moved the key to a new computer so I could contine to run my business, I was flagged for improper use of the prooduct. I called and explained that my laptop crashed and just moved the key over to a working PC. They then demanded that I buy 5 more additional keys at $197.00 a month so I could contine to access the program and my designs, Their customer service is horrific and they are very compative and unreasonable. I have reported this company to Consumer Protection, the Financial Protection Bureau and the Federal Trade Commision for unfair Business Practices and Fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

  This company is not a customer service company. They take people money and not release it. They do not care if people make errors in their programs to switch to other user as companies change employees often. They hold each individual to the account that had issues. I would not waste your money on thisbsoftware there many others out there who do have understanding and clients relationships

  As a one-off designer for my personal project, I "paused" my subscription while I waited for the HOA and Architectural Review to be completed and approve the plan. Without notice, they restarted it, and began charging my card $200+ / month or whatever their insane rate is. Because I used my "backup" credit card, I never noticed until they maxed out the 1,000 limit I keep on the card for exactly this type of garbage. The first indication that I got that they were charging me, was when they sent me a notice that they couldn't get any more money off the card. I called, they didn't care, and won't give me even a week free to finalize and pull information from my designs so I can actually make the thing I paid them. These guys are absolute criminals. Do. Not. Use.

  I am filing a formal complaint against Structure Studios, based in Henderson, Nevada, for unfair business practices that are preventing me from operating my small business. My name is Wread **********, owner of Wread ********** ******* LLC in Englewood, FL. I have relied on Structure Studios’ 3D rendering software for over 10 years to design swimming pools, spas, and hardscapes. After starting my own company, I purchased a software license with my business card. However, my account was canceled without notice. Upon contacting support, I was told that because my previous employer canceled their license, I now have to pay for both my current license and their unused licenses. This is unreasonable, as I purchased my license independently. Many other customers have raised similar complaints on the BBB website, indicating a troubling pattern of unfair practices by this company. I request that the BBB take action to address this issue. I seek to regain access to the software I purchased and continue my business without being forced to pay for licenses I do not own or use. Although it was suggested I contact the Nevada attorney general, I wanted to try resolving it through the BBB first. Following recent hurricanes, my situation has worsened, as I now have no gas, no power, and, due to Structure Studios’ actions, no way to continue business to support my family. I am willing to work with Structure Studios to resolve this issue but as of yet, they are less than accommodating. Thank you for your attention.

  Zero stars Frauds. Buyers beware!! I’ve used this platform for 7 years and they just canceled me! Hijacked and stoled all 7 years of work! projects just finished and clients have yet to see!! All because we moved our office and a new employee used the program. So without me knowing about it they canceled the account. I called them and it was a horrible experience. Tom was So rude and arrogant. They told me I needed to buy a second license. That’s extortion!! The next day I tried to pay them off to release my designs and they then said NO. Tom lied and Said I was not a good fit and it looks like I’m banned for life! In 33 years of business and many pool awards and magazines covers etc I have never been treated like this! ?????????

  I worked for a pool Company and used this software! Once the pool company closed down I decided to purchase my own because the software is great. When I did I thought I was using my new product code but I learned I was still using the old one. Simple mistake plus I didn’t know I was doing something wrong. I am a freelancer and wanted to draw more pools for people. I got flagged and now no longer be able to use it and this is not right. Then I was told that if I worked for abc pool then went and worked for def pools I would be flagged and never be able to use their software. If this isn’t fraud then what is it.

  Fraud, they're CRIMINALS--stay away from this company and any of their products--what used to be a great software and experience has turned into a nightmare. Forcing you to pay for more "seats" and falsely accusing you of sharing your license with others. This company will not last long at it's current rate, contractors and designers had better get used to using Sketchup or another software or be willing to pay $800+ a month for this software as they slowly tack on more and more fraudulent charges. Customer service is horrible, they bully you, they're rude, and give ZERO reasoning for their actions (because they don't have any legitimacy). Complete garbage.

  FRAUD WARNING If there were a negative star review, they would get it. The ongoing complaints of being locked out and fraudulently being required to pay for more licenses continue. Even upon paying more, your account is flagged and locked. This company has been operating a fraud scheme since Noah Nehlich handed over the reins. James in customer service is a huge problem. There has been no resolution, no discussion, and no returned calls, as promised. Noah Nehlich built a great product and should get a handle on this situation before they tank his company. If you are too late to find out about their fraudulent scheme, like we were, head over to the Nevada Attorney General's website to file a fraud report and contact your CC to reverse charges. My CC just reversed all the charges Structure Studio refused to refund after not delivering the service paid for. I sent detailed, dated notes and a link to the BBB reports, and they instantly reversed all the charges. Buyer BEWARE!
