    I paid $47.44 to run in muddy dash on July 12th in *********. With out notifications they moves it to September 13th. I only seen it was changed as I put going on the ******** event which showed it changed. I have emailed, tagged in comment and even ******** messaged them about a refund for those who can't make the changed date. There's not even a response back asking if I would like to change to another event that may be closer. I would like a refund.

    I viewed an advertisement for a Boise bubble run back on February, friends and I decided we would give it a try. Paid the registration fees and put it on the calender, got confirmation from ********** which is where the payment went through for Viral run. Then just last week, I received an email stating that the bubble run was cancelled and they were transferring our registration to a Muddy Run in July. I responded back that this was not acceptable and we were unable to run in July, I asked for a refund only to be met with complete silence. I have since sent multiple emails to Viral Run and ********** requesting a refund. Active stated that they were not able to give refunds even though they were who was paid on behalf of Viral Run. I have no phone numbers for either company and have not heard anything back. I feel that since they cancelled the run it should be refunded completely. I paid the registration on February 2, 2025 in the amount of ******

    I signed up for a Muddy Dash event in ************ in late 2023. The organizers then sent an email saying the event was postponed, and that they would be securing a new date in 2024. I waited for all of 2024, and that never happened.

    I signed up and paid $30.00 for the Foam Glow race on November 11, 2023.On November 5th and email was sent out saying it was postponed but we never heard a new date or were contacted about a refund. I have sent two emails, one on June 18 and one today asking for my refund but have not heard anything from the company.I've attached the two documents, the confirmation and the postponement emails.Thank you,**** ****** ************

    Originally, the bubble run race was scheduled for 6/10/23, was then canceled till "summer of 2024", where they automatically transferred my registration with asking or offering a refund. That race never took place, and we were never notified of a rescheduled event. I bought 4 standard race registrations @ $19.95. I have still not been notified of any date changes or given a refund option, which is what I would like at this point. I don't have confidence in the company's ability to provide the race experience or trust them to keep a scheduled event. They literally took my money and ran.

    I purchased a ticket for the event on 1/7/23; the event was to be held on 8/12/23 and then I received an email 8/11/23 that the event was cancelled and to be rescheduled for 2024, info to come. Never heard from them and email address just has a generic automated response

    I purchased tickets for afoam glow event. The event was cancelled. They said they would reschedule and we could use our ticketsfor the future event. Our event was never rescheduled. I reached out via email to ask for a refund since they never rescheduled. I never received a reply.I purchased the tickets on 8/22/23 for the event on 9/9/23 in ********, **. The tickets were $92.60.I would like a refund of the tickets since they didn'treschedulethe event.

    Signed up for bubble run (foam glow)in ********* ca for ***** or may of 2023. Date was for October 2023. Couple days before event was suppose to take place it was canceled. New date was given, then when that got close it was cancelled as well. I have been emailing them asking for a refund to no response. Its several people having them same issue as me and its getting out of hand.     Purchased tickets for myself and a group of friends to attend a Muddy Dash event on 11/4/2023. I was emailed on 10/26/2023 the event was postponed. I requested a refund and did not receive a response. I read on their website there were no refunds. To date, eight months later, I still haven't been notified of a rescheduled event.
