I ordered the booty sprout and additional heavy band on April 24, 2023. They immediately charged my credit card for 192.79$. I emailed the company on 4/27/23 and company responded they were sending out items at the end of the month. I emailed again on 5/3/23 and company responded stating they would ship on May 5. I emailed company again 5/10/23, 5/18/23, and 5/24/23 with no response. I also messaged on ******** on 5/22/22 with no response. I have also emailed through their contact form online and messaged on instagram today 5/31/2023. In addition I sent a letter of inquiry on 5/24/2023. I have yet to receive my ordered items or to receive a recent response. I am requesting my items be shipped immediately or my money refunded. We order the booty sprout workout equipment the end of February 2023. It is May 22 and still have not received. we have had multiple email communications with the company reassuring us that they were going to be shipping. We have received about 10 emails claiming they will ship the product but it never ships. They explain their issue due to a back order problem. But they have had this backorder problem for almost 4 months now. It appears this may be a really well thought out scam.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Bootysprout machine 12/25/22 (order #******). I contact the company 1/7/23 after not receiving the product and did not receive any correspondence. I again contacted 2/16/23 and did not immediacy receive correspondence. I contacted my credit card company in March and received a portion of the order, but not the bulk of it. Ordered on March 26th 2023,Never received any update except on their site said they were 4 weeks delayed. Its not been 6 weeks. No updates and no contact. They put on their website theyre 2 weeks delayed but upon reading true reviews and reviews on Instagram MANY people have never received even after ordering MONTHS AGO. This is a $170 product. So shameful to act like this and LIE. I have reached out to them with NO response. Super shady and honestly theft, lying about ship dates and collecting peoples money without a promise of the actual product.Business Response

I placed an order for a bootysprout product back on January 13th and I still have not received my purchase despite having been charged and money collected. I received an email in March advising of the companies backed up orders but they assured me that orders would be going out in late March. Then they said new orders would be going out in April. Eventually they offered to refund my money if I requested. I have requested a refund several times now and still no response from this company nor have I received my purchase.Business Response

I paid ****** US dollars for a product I never received. I never received confirmation after ordering said product and there is no way of contacting the company BOOTY SPROUT. I placed an order for exercise equipment that was supposed to be shipped 2-3 weeks then the shipment time increased by an additional 3.5 weeks. I have emailed them several times requesting a refund due to the additional wait time. They dont have a phone number. They have not responded and several others are having the same problem (via the comments on their Instagram page). I feel like they are taking peoples money with a promise to deliver a product and then stringing people along by increasing the time of shipment and refusing refund requests. On January 12, 2023, I ordered the bootysprout machine for a total of $169 with a discount code. I ordered with the understanding that there was a 3 week backorder from the date purchased. I only received one mass email update on Feb 1, 2023, that orders would be shipped either the first 2 weeks of February or the last week at the latest. On February 28, 2023, after not receiving a shipping update, I emailed the company and did not hear a response for 2 days, so I sent another on March 2, asking for an update providing my order number. I received a reply on the evening of March 3 that stating that they would be sending another mass email about warehouse issues on Monday (March 6, 2023). I emailed again inquiring about my specific order, twice, and have and have not received any further contact from the company. My order number is ******. I would either like the product to be shipped/delivered, or my money back.Business Response

Date of purchase January 13, 2023. Order number provided ******. I have not received my order yet. I have emailed the company to their support email address provided on their website and confirmation email. Last email I sent was February 18, 2023.
