  I wish I would've read these reviews before ordering. It's been a month and I have yet to get an update. I have reached out to them via ************* but they aren't even giving me the courtesy of a response. I've asked for my money back but again they are not responding. I feel like they probably stole my money. I did read many positive reviews about the machine itself. I now wonder if they are just staged!? What a disappointment!

  I have ordered two phone replacements from this company never received either one of them one was ordered in April 2022. The order was canceled and I was in contact with customer service. However, a refund was never given mistakenly went to the same website and ordered a second one in April 2023 never received it. I have reached out to customer service and never received a response or a refund.

  Bootysprout has been terrible to deal with. I ordered in March and was told itd be 3 weeks to process. After 3 weeks I reached out because I never received an update. They said they didnt know how much longer but probably another 3 weeks. After 3 more weeks, over 6 weeks since order placement, I requested a refund. They said they would provide a refund after 10 business days. Well, its been over 10 business days and I still havent received a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

  same experience as everyone else in the reviews. I placed an order in March and I have received 2 emails saying that my order is backed up and I will receive a tracking number once it ships.

  I ordered the BootySprout January 25, 2023. I still have not received the unit. To say im disappointed is an understatement.

  I would give them zero stars if i could. I ordered my machine before Christmas and still havent received it. Every time i reach out for an update, they say its backordered by 2-3 weeks... but they have been saying that for months. I think they hope you forget and stop following up so they can keep your money. I requested a refund today, we will see if they actually process that. This company is a scam and I hope they get shut down.

  Ordered this around Christmas. And still havent received it! Scam! Buyers beware! *** reached out several times to only get 1 email stating itll be shipped in 3 weeks! That was 2 months ago! Dont buy!

  Dont buy from this company!! I ordered on Jan 10th with a 2.5 back order. They responded early March to tell me they messed up their shipping order and that they would be sending out by end of week. Then they tell me another few weeks. Now they have completely stopped responding to my emailing asking for updates.

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You will not receive your product or email responses inquiring about your product. I placed my order and the website stated back orders would be shipped in 2. weeks. When I never reached out to them via email (because there is no phone number), I received a response that stated 3 weeks. When I asked if that was 3 MORE weeks, I received no reply. I then requested a refund and I never received anymore communication. I filed a complaint with the BBB, Instagram for allowing their ads to keep running, and my credit card company. And they do not deserve even the one star you have to give as a way to leave a review.

  I ordered the machine on January 15th 2023 and was informed of a shipping date of 2 weeks. February 1st 2023 I was informed by email that I would expect my purchase by end of February. March 7th 2023 I was sent an email I would receive the product by the end of March. On March 13th 2023 I asked for a more accurate date of delivery. The response that had been given was due to manufacturing issues, then it was also due to computer difficulties, then it was who received in orders as received. I wanted to speak with someone over the phone but there is no direct contact customer service only email.
  I asked for a refund and they informed me that I would have to talk to my bank or credit card company to have that happen. I explained in an email I would not do that I paid and the purchase went through them in a timely matter and I would expect them to refund me in the same regard.
  There are numerous testimonies on Facebook regarding the same issues.
  I have worked for enough buisness, owned my own, worked in financial sectors. I feel this company is taking individuals money to provide a cash flow to then be used to actually have the leverage to make the product. I am not even sure where the company is located.
  I have never gone to this extreme to call out a business because as mentioned I do have the background and understanding when it comes to business, however this is beyond professional. I have personally read through unfortunate and very similar testimonies on Facebook. I felt like I had an obligation to address this regardless of my own differences with the company.
  This is a hard time for many financially and companies like this need to be addressed, reprimanded and hold accountable for their lack of integrity and responsibility.
  please consider before purchasing from this company and I hope this review provides a reference to all.
