    My product hasnt shipped in 2.5 months. They guaranteed they were sending m6 machine 3 weeks ago, then blamed shipping error, now saying 2 more weeks. They are fraudulent

    Accepted payment. Weeks of excuses about process failures, machines being sent erroneously, supply chain issues, etc. No product delivered after 8+ weeks. Poor customer service. When I simply asked for an update they said they cancelled my order.

    I purchased the Bootysprout machine on December 18, 2022. I received a confirmation e-mail for the order. As of today January 23rd. I reached out to the company a total of 5 times via the email provided requesting to cancel the order and they never replied, I'm getting emails just apologizing for the late shipment but nothing about my cancellation request. Money has been taken from my account. At this point I'm frustrated and this company is impossible to reach.
    I want my money back and they can keep their item. I've also called the phone number listed here and left a message.
    Would not recommend doing business with this company.

    Buyer beware. Non existent customer service. I have emailed them numerous times to return product. No one has reached out and now Im stuck with this. I doubt they will remedy any problem you may have after purchase.

    They advertise 3 business days shipping, it's been almost 3 weeks and they still haven't shipped my order, they send an email like once a week apologizing for the delay and say it will be shipped by the end of the week or so and it never happens, they also never respond to any emails, like the costumer service is non existent.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered their products a month ago. Their website claims 3 business day shipping. I have emailed them plus tried contacting them through social media and have had NO response. Also emailed asking for a refund and again no response. Contacting my bank in the morning to get my money back that way. TERRIBLE customer service. Would not recommend purchasing anything through this company!!!!!

    I ordered in 7/26 and received notification that it was delivered on 8/11. I contacted the company for 3 weeks and told them i never received it. Multiple emails, bunch of DM on instagram, and then emailing me requesting a review later; still havent received my item. Originally just wanted a my item shipped and delivered, i now just want my 200 dollars back! This is absurd!

    This company lied to me that my order was shipped when it wasn't and then ghosted me when I requested tracking information. 3 weeks later I emailed them asking for a refund and reported them to my CC company. They never replied to my email or granted me a refund but finally shipped the product after my CC company reached out to them. Today the company finally responded to my email (this is a month later) saying the product "should be shipped soon".This company is so disorganized they don't know they sent it to me last week? Also no explanation or apology for lying to me that it was shipped a month ago. This company is a joke and I don't know how they're still allowed to take people's money. I don't even want their product anymore but they've ignored my request for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    My original BootySprout shipped in 2020 and I did receive it. But it seems like the company is having a lot of problems now. I ordered new resistance bands and after a few weeks I hadn't received a shipping confirmation. When I emailed them, they said I should've received a tracking number. Since I never did, I asked me them to resend it but they never responded. Then I asked to cancel the order after a month and they still didn't respond, so I am requesting a chargeback from my credit card company now.

    I would give this company a negative stars rating if I could. I placed an order on May 13th, 2022. No product has arrived. After trying to get a straight answer out of the company, I finally just filed with my cc company. Don't bother ordering from them. You'll just have to **** down your refund from your cc a few weeks later.
