    I ordered a couch online on November 2, 2024 in the amount of $790.20. The couch arrived and it was not the color that was advertised in the picture. The pillows and cushions were very flimsy so we decided we wanted to return the product. I started a return on November ******. The company reached out and wanted photographs and an explanation as to why k wanted to return the product, which I explained and also sent photos. I sent emails on 11/07, 11/09, 11/10, 11/14, 11/16, and 11/20. I called to find answers on 11/10, 11/14, 11/15, 11/16 and 11/17. My husband also called in 11/18, 11/19 and 11/20. We have records of all of these emails and phone calls. Each time, they would refer us to ******* since they are a third party vendor for *******. Each time we would contact *******, they would tell us to wait for an email from Orien. Orien offered us $200 and to keep the couch in one email. We politely thanked them and explained we do not want the couch. It does not match their description, how can we return it and that we want a full refund. They also sent an email offering to pay us half of the amount of the couch and we could keep the couch. Again, we want to return it and get a refund. We offered to bring it to a local store for return, we could box it up and wait for shipping. What can we do to have the couch returned and a full refund issued. We have been more than accommodating. We have made it clear that we do not want the product, how can we return it and how do we get a full refund. On 11/20, they said wait to hear back from ******* and there are no other options for you. We havent heard from them again since.

    I just need two parts that were labeled 19 so that I can put on the last step for the bunk bed I ordered. I shouldnt have to return the full bed when the two missing parts could just be sent to me.

    I ordered a bed for my 2 year old son Feb. 24, 2024. The following morning on the 25th my package status was still out for delivery. I called amazon support where I was told I would be issued a refund since my pack hasnt been shipped. This was around 7am on the 25th. The company responded back telling me to call ***** to have my delivery cancelled for only a $30 refund. I call ***** just to be told the original company still has my package meaning they lied about the package being on its way. I text the company again so they offer me $50 refund this time. I shouldnt be held at in convenience for the companys late response when I put in the request before my package was shipped.

    I am a single mom with little ************* TRUSTED Amazon.com to send the 3 Tier Bunk Beds for my 3 young boys, it stated they were MEDAL. But as you can see there is no way. Now my boys are sleeping on my living room floor & have no beds & cant go play in their bedroom cause the DANGEROUS PRODUCT FROM ******************************* IS STILL UP. All I asked for was for them to send a replacement of a Wood set PRAYING they wouldn't be Dangerous. My mom contacted her friend who owns the furniture store where she got the mattresses. And he doesn't sell 3 tier. And I didn't want my money back & do not intend to use it at this point. I just need Safe beds for my *************** expect me to DISPOSE of their DANGEROUS PRODUCT? All I did was order beds for my 3 boys & all I've gotten is a NIGHTMARE. PLEASE HELP... Thank you for your time & help with this matter, ***************************

    Good evening, I just got done with filing the complaint with your company when I was done I went into my email & seen that Amazon.com Executive Customer Relations contacted me. See attached email he sent. The first order # he is using is my Daughter whom is one of my younger boys twin it is her Bed order. Which I haven't open yet but did find our it came from Orien as well. the second order # he is using is my older children's backpacks. Just like ************** said she would offer me $30.00 dollars for my emotional distress. But said it was for a Promotional Credit (which you all have the proof from earlier). UNREAL I am so in DISBELIEF I don't get it. This is not how AMERICANS SHOULD BE ACTING ESPECIALLY TOWARDS HELPLESS CHILDREN & SINGLE MOTHERS. Please Help and Thank you for your time & help, ***************************

    I purchased a loft bunk bed from from this company and first off they did not send all 3 boxes second upon trying to make thing right it turned out to feel like this company was/is a scam. When you send them an email they respond with the same exact email Back. When you try and follow the steps they give you they do not exist. You you email them back and they send you the same exact response back. I have talk with Customer support over this to try and make sure I am not the one missing something and they themself said they can not find the review that I had to delete it was almost like it was deleted for me. Also now when you go to look at your past reviews it does not exist and they will not work with me on that nor will they say anything other than what they have sent more 5-6 times already
