    Orien life is a unreliable company. I ordered a bed which upon trying to put it together would not even fit together. After we carried to heavy boxes to and from daughters house had it packed up to send back they wanted pictures so after weeks of going back and forth with Amazon still no results we took pictures but to Orien who wanted the pictures they would not send .I also tried to go to Amazon AToZ program and was assured it would be settled nope . They just gave me an address to send it back even though Orien said they didn't want it back . It cost us 115.00 to get it I shipping. I can't believe they want me to pay for shipping to send it back to a company who said they don't want it back . This is a very bad company should be put out of business! Then also Amazon is at fault as well to say they help people in the AtoZ program when they don't ! I have always trusted Amazon but I'll be rethinking that now . Deborah ********

    I received a bed for my three year old child and it smelled of chemicals for three weeks. Our child could not sleep in the bed. I called the company three times in a four day period with no response. Do not buy from this company. They finally emailed me, not called as I requested, and told me to stick the bed outside for a few days to air out. We have let it air out and it still smells. Our 3 year old is unable to sleep in her first bed. This company is AWFUL. Please avoid them.

    Ordered from ****** and cancelled before shipment because I heard bad things about this company. This was proven to be correct. They refused to fully cancel and sent it anyway. We called multiple times before shipment and were told the only way to get a refund was to refuse the delivery. Ok, not a huge deal. Then received an email after we refused the delivery saying that normally they wouldn’t give a full refund because it is the “fault of the customer for not cancelling” but would make an exception. What?! Keep in mind that we DID cancel but THEY wouldn’t on their end. Still getting the refund but blaming the customer for something they did NOT do is bad business.
