      One of the Delivery agents for Bed Bath and Beyond, specifically later items such as rugs and furniture. The fail to respond to inquiries, make up delivery windows and fail to show with no notice provided to the consumer. No text, no email and no phone call.

      First and foremost, I sincerely apologize about your experience with our company for it certainly is not indicative of the level of service that we strive to provide.. I am sorry for the inconveniences that we have caused you. I see that this has been rescheduled for 06/20 due to needing a smaller truck because of the bridge clearance.

      I wouldn’t recommend FragilePak for any delivery. I would ask the company what vendor they use for delivery next time. Bought item 3 weeks ago and FragilePak has rescheduled delivery 3 times! I really don’t expect my item to ever arrive. I called the company I ordered from to complain. When I call Fragile pack they cant even tell me where my item is and can only provide ESTIMATED delivery time!

      Scam company. 3 weeks I’ve been waiting for them to deliver my furniture from the final delivery center. They said it would be delivered one day and then never sent any follow up and have ignored 4 of my emails asking for an update.

      Absolutely terrible service. Guy delivered my Tempurpedic mattress and did not set it up even though it said "white glove service" This was Saturday. They are supposed to return today and set it up but I have my doubts after reading reviews. Tempurpedic seriously needs to contract with a new company. The beds are super expensive and customers deserve better for what they are charging. I now have a bed I cant sleep in and a garage I cant park in.

      They have had my package for over a month and push back the delivery date each week. This has continued now three times and we are into the fourth week with no scheduled date of delivery. They are very slow to respond and offer no actual information when they do respond. I would not use any company that is using FragilePak for delivery.

      Had a scheduled delivery and was told that it was canceled due to icy roads. I told them we don't have icy roads. When I tracked it, they had posted a picture of a snowy road with large pine trees. I told them that nowhere from Reno nevada to gardnerville nevada do we have mountains and large pine trees. I also sent them pictures of all the traffic cameras showing clear roads. They did not care and only offered one other day for delivery. I will not be home that day and was pretty much told too bad. This is hands down the worstexperience I have ever had with a delivery company.

      This is a company that is ripping US taxpayers with their “business”. Thus sad excuse for a delivery system of over sized items is apparently contracted by the Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) to deliver those items to military personnel, retired military and their dependents; however, I have mad several items that were supposed to be delivered to me at specific times on specific days as reported to me by the company’s “customer care” agents via email. Now come the “well I wouldn’t have expected that” moment. In the email sent, it states a day and a four hour window for delivery with a comment that the delivery person(s) will call the number provided by the customer the night prior to the delivery as well as 30 minutes prior to arrival for said delivery. Mind you, no phone number for the delivery driver or delivery service is provided, as would be a VERY good customer service idea, so when the delivery is not made, twice so far, the customer must attempt to email said delivery service in hopes of done CALLING THE NUMBER PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER, or at a minimum, returning the email in a timely manner. Timely to this absolute disgrace of a company so far has been 37 hours and on he subsequent requests for a call, not at all. IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO AVOID THIS DISGRACE OF A COMPANY, you must. I will also be contacting the AAFES customer care office and lodging another complaint with them as well as VEHEMENTLY requesting they stop doing business with a company that has no respect for their customers.

      Fragile Pak who is subcontracted by ******-***** *** showed up to deliver our mattress. They damaged our brand-new bedframe in two places on the outside, then the top slat was forcefully pushed out of place, which means the screw hole for the slat is also damaged. The delivery guys refused to remove our old box springs & mattress even though the work order shows “White Glove Delivery. Things couldn’t get worse, right? WRONG! The delivery guys were unable to get our new mattress upstairs as they said “They are not allowed to bend the mattress in any way” so they could bypass a low clearance spot on our stairs. The brand new mattress has stains on several areas, I have trash on my floor which was left behind by the drivers and they showed zero concern regarding the damage caused by them to my bed frame (which I pointed out). I have photos of everything and have placed a call and email to ******- ***** and Fragile Pak.

      This company is a joke. Advised me of 30 minutes until they would arrive. My husband had to come home from work to meet them (he works 10 minutes from our house) and when he got to the house, they never showed. When I called customer service I was told we missed the delivery. I told them my husband had been there within 10 minutes of receiving the message they were 30 minutes out and she told me that is a computer generated message and we don’t wait because we have a schedule. I now have to reschedule my delivery. I have had things delivered for years and have never experienced such unprofessionalism. My advise is to not use this company.

      Worst experience of my life. I ordered a kayak online and it was shipped through Fragilpak. They somehow lost it in transit from Paris California to San Diego California. That’s a two hour drive! Mind you it’s a 12ft long 100lb kayak! How is that even possible! It’s been a month since my kayak has been ordered two weeks since it was marked for quality control for no reason and now today they finally marked it lost. Unacceptable!
