    I was charged for a mailbox for 15 months. The company stated that they only could provide refund for up to a year for my inactive mailbox that they where actively withdrawing money from each month. They refuse to provide me my refund I have called several times requesting my refund. My mail was returned my important px was returned and this is the treatment. I want my Money!!!

    I did not understand the billing statement. The person who answered explained it to my com)plete satisfaction.
    In general the New Orleans mailbox, Pack Rat Shipping, is very helpfur, answers the telephone when I call with a question, and is very friendly.

    Great customer service!!! I can get overwhelmed with computer stuff but was given all the help I needed to get organized with AnyTime Mailbox. Customer service reps (Ralph and Marjorie) were helpful, friendly and patient!

    I’ve been with Anytime mailbox for almost 4 years and overall good service until a very serious matter recently
    I recieved a piece of mail which was scanned and electronically notified me of its arrival.
    I requested the “ open and scan” option.
    On the next business day I checked back anticipating to view the open and scan but instead the mail was completely missing from the site with no trace at all, which is baffling that this is possible because the service has an electronic record of all mail even after it is discarded. I contacted the physical location and they could find no record of it and stated they do not have the capacity to remove something without any trace and referred me to the general company Customer Service.
    Which unfortunately turned out to be useless and they acted like they could not comprehend the information I was giving them. I requested the call be escalated and a phone number for their administrative office which they refused to give. Instead they kept me on hold repeatedly and kept going backwards on the problem asking silly questions like was a referring to a different piece of mail etc etc
    The missing piece of mail is from the USPS.
    Does ANYTIME MAILBOX realize that mail fraud and tampering is a Federal Crime?
    They seem to be giving me the run around and dismissing the seriousness of this matter.
    I’m getting nowhere with customer service.

    Two years into using their services, Anytime Mailbox has lived up to my expectations so far. Their customer service is great. I recently called them to get clarifications about some of their services and processes. I was completely satisfied how my phone call was handled. Great business!!

    Horrible company to deal with. I had to have my lawyer draft legal letters and threaten a lawsuit just to cancel my membership. They will continue to draft money from your account for the rest of your life if you don’t get a lawyer involved. Stay away at all costs!
