    On Friday, December 29th at approximately 4:15 pm, I was verbally abused and mistreated by "AJ", one of your representative. He told me that I had so many returns that I was not welcome there and that I should use another *** Store. He refused to provide any contact to management to file a complaint; and was clearly pleased to be giving me such a hard time, smiling at me as if I was helpless and would not be able to get resolution to the atrociously absurd abuse.The other representative there stood by speechless. I need ****************************, the owner, to contact me. I was told that there was no manager; and hence, the inexcusable behavior from teenagers who feel there are no consequence to their rude behavior.

    Hello, we reached out to the customer about the complaint he filed on our employee **.

    Our employees account is that he was never rude to the customer and that his light jokes were mistook for being rude. He deeply regrets and apologizes for the mishap. 

    Our store manager and Owner, have reached out to ****************** and will be handling the matter privately.

    On Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 11:31am. I shipped a package from *********, ** to arrive in ************, ** the next day. (Tracking # 1Z5AE382NP25897905) I paid extra ($144.12) for the guaranteed next day service. The package did not get there the next day like they guaranteed. I tried to talk with the *** Store people about some sort of compensation, they brushed me off by telling me, "it was delayed due to ************ can't help you, you need to contact the corporate office there is nothing we can do for you". I knew that was a lie, I send packages using The *** Store's all the time. So I called the ************** number they gave me, only to find out what I already knew. The store I sent the package from is responsible. So I'm asking for your help in this matter, I don't want to waste anymore of my time going back in forth with these people. Now I want my full refund of $144.12, since they were so dishonest about helping me.

    I am rejecting this response because: No one has reached back out to me to resolve this issue. I received one call from someone stating they have forward this complaint to their complaints division. Since that call, I have not received any communication since.

    Good afternoon, we filed the claim for the customer as soon as the problem was brought to our attention but as we explained to him due to the cause of delay being bad weather the claim will more than likely not qualify. All of *************** information was included into the claim we filed so he should have been notified as soon as we were. We do apologize for not getting back to him sooner. Attached is the response of the *** EGSR claims department informing us as to why the claim was denied due to reasons beyond our control.

    I am rejecting this response because: Like I said when I opened the claim, some sort of compensation would have been appropriate. I could have taken the regular service, but because you guaranteed next day delivery I chose to pay the extra fee for next day delivery. The way I see it, this is false advertising. If you can't guarantee a service, then that is false advertising. Going forwarded, you should stop the guaranteeing of any service you can't delivery on.

    Good afternoon, as previously stated we are not able to give any compensation because the shipment was delayed due to bad weather. It was beyond our control, *** GSR denied the claim we filed, there is nothing more our store can do to get the refund back. We sincerly apologize for everything that you are going through.
