My name is John. I suspect this is a shell company for the magazine company. Please leave your testimonies here because we can turn this into a class action lawsuit with your participation. This "magazine company" whose name I've never heard of has been aggressively and illegally harassing me for more than a decade with tactics such as forcing me to remain on the phone with then under threat of retaliation. Theyve called me hundreds of times from dozens of area codes. I know some lawyers and we can begin to have a class action lawsuit with your help. A class action lawsuit is when multiple affected persons come together as one against a defendant.

    This company is a scam!
Called me and told me I owed $1200 for some bogus magazines that I subscribed to back in 2015. Mind you, I never read these magazines before in my life.
I asked her which address, she could not tell me. Claimed she only got my file this AM and they have been looking for me for years. Right!
Anyway, with fees etc my bill was now over $2000, but they could handle it today for $600.
I told her I had never seen this in collections or on my credit report, which I check monthly.
I told her this was ********, she came back and told me to watch my language and said she could tell I was a rude person.
I hung up on her, and blocked the number.

I received a call a little over a week ago from a lady stating that I owe a little over $2000 and they are wanting to settle at $431.00 for some magazines from YEARS ago (I'm talking over 7 years ago. She told me she thought it was odd for this to come across her desk and that it is usually calls for credit card debts but not magazines specially from a long time ago. I asked about my origional bill and she said she can not provide that information for me. The only thing I can provide is a invoice, of course. I told her I can not do anything about it right now and to call back Friday. Well I talked to my parents about it and apparently they have been scamming people this way. Well now this lady is blowing my phone up. Calling back to back, blocking numbers and calling me to the point that I feel like im being harassed, this is excessive! And I did not sign up for no 5 year contract for magazines out of all things. Would love for the calls to stop but it won't happen. If you can not provide any actual information on it then why would you call? We camt just trust every random phone call claiming you owe money.
