      Horrible, I was not informed of the charges for radiation, until the day after I started treatment, at which time I could not stop treatment. They said I can apply for a hardship, so I got ALL the paperwork together and gave it to them, there was a problem with the paperwork but I was never contacted about it, I found out when I sent to see me regular oncologist. I was told I had to submit the hardship request with new documents, so I did, on 12/23/24, apparently they did not do anything with them and now say they are outdated and I need to submit a whole new set of documents. I will never go there again and I would not recommend them to anyone. I do like my regular oncologist at a different location but will have to change to a different group. Stay away from them.

      As a NURSE FOR 15+ years and in management, all I can say is thank God I actually don’t have cancer and it’s just a hematology issue. I would hate to ever think that I would get cancer in Nevada especially with this clinic and especially with the specific scheduler that I have with Dr. Gupta and her name is Karen. She is the worst. I hope that anybody that has cancer will not have to deal with her, because all you will deal with is stress and grief, which you don’t need at this delicate time in your life .
