    I ordered two wooden thread holders from this company. I thought there were missing parts but that was my mistake. Everything was in the box. They responded promptly to my emails each time that I emailed them.
    The wooden thread holders are lovely and well made. I would order from this company again.

    I ordered a cutting mat to replace the one my husband ruined. This mat is much better than the one I had. It's thick but flexible. I can see the numbers are clear for these aging eyes. I love it. I will order again form Love Sew.

    My order came quickly. But the cutting template had been broken in transit. I emailed Love Sew with a picture of the broken template and they quickly replaced it. That was the only issue I have had with any of my orders.
