    I was very pleased with the wool pressing pad that I bought. The price and delivery time were very good and customer service was excellent.

    I recently ordered a set of rulers from Love Sew. Even with careful packaging and lots and lots of bubble wrap, the longest one arrived broken. My email was answered with an auto reply and a personal reply in a few hours. I snapped a picture of the break, they immediately processed a replacement order and I mailed it promptly. They even built a Styrofoam cradle for it to sit in. Great customer service along with a great product I have already used a lot. Highly recommend this company. It is not my 1st purchase and I already have placed an order for something else.

    This is a great sewist's resource. I recently purchased a wool pressing mat at a great price. Love it....wish I had gotten it sooner. Makes pressing my quilt pieces much easier.

    I received the tote for the wool pressing mat and there was writing on it from a marker. I emailed Love Sew and not only did they immediately send a replacement, they said to keep the first one.
    I was pleasantly surprised when the mat was included as I thought I was just getting the tote.
    I have ordered from them before and have always had excellent service.
