    Wonderful Clinic to go and get help!! All of the staff are always happya and helpful.
    Cristina Kulback is genius and diagnosed my problems, more importantly she found the source of where to they started.
    I can't say enough about this Medical Group! Staff great, Offices are completely comfortable and clean.
    Look no further you will be happy this will be your last stop for Medical Needs.

    Cristy ********* and her facility are charging clients inappropriately. The staff is young and inexperienced. Upon entering the facility, the reception desk staff immediately charges a co-pay fee and guarantees they accept all insurance providers. When asked in the consulting room about the program for weight loss that they advertise, the Nurse Practitioner proceeds to give documents approving a primary care physician change--when asked directly about the program, she said that the program is a flat rate cost and we pay that upfront. In addition, the charge for the weight loss program is immediately assessed. The amount of time charged is 45-59 minutes, even though I was actually in the facility for less than 30 minutes (this includes waiting room time and waiting in the consulting room). It is obvious to anyone who is familiar with regular healthcare visits that there is no expectation of professional behavior among staff or their supervisors.
