      A/C unit worked before appointment. Tech replaced 2 parts and left before making sure unit worked. My little girls and I have been without cooling for 4hrs and when I contact them about this issue they can't dispatch anyone to my house to fix it, can't give a timeframe of when someone will come out, or put me in contact with the tech that came out and did the work.

      I signed a new contract for a new air conditioning unit for my home on November 20th 2024. The team arrived to install the new unit when there was a huge crash. They had dropped the air conditioning unit on my roof with a lot of force. So much force that it caused cracks in my ceiling and broke a ceiling light which shattered to the ground throwing glass onto countertops over 10 feet away and narrowly missing the homeowner. The team immediately came into the home and saw the damage that they caused. However, they now continued the installation to a new damaged air conditioning unit. The exterior galvanized metal of the frame was buckled. Eventually after months they finally came to the house and repaired the plaster and replaced the light in the home but they are refusing to replace the damaged unit. The contract clearly states 100% satisfaction but I am clearly not satisfied knowing that a unit which has become damaged and has a higher likelihood of failure on my roof. Additionally I am now getting pieces of insulation coming into the house from the air ducts so clearly there is an issue there as well. I sent the organization a breach of contract letter dated January 27th 2025. One hour Air Conditioning and Heating has not replied to replace the damaged unit.
      As a consumer I paid for a new undamaged unit and this organization has forced this homeowner to accept a damaged unit. As a senior citizen I believe that this organization is taking advantage of the elderly.

      John came out and was very educational about the whole A/C purchasing experience. We got 3 estimates for the replacement of our system, but One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating was the only company that took the time to sit down and go over where my money was going and to build value into what I was purchasing. There was no hard sale and we were given all the time we needed to make a purchasing decision. I would definately recommend One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating!

      We Have been using 1 Hour to service our air conditioning and heating for years (except for a short time when we used another company which was a huge mistake!). All but one of the technicians who have come to our home, and that was several years ago, have been personable, professional and knowledgeable. James *****, the technician who came to our home most recently, was no exception. We have had 1 Hour service our units at two homes now and are about to move to another where we plan to continue with them.
