      I was very happy with JONAH. He came out and diagnosed the problem with heater. He determined it was the thermostat. He was very courteous and kept informed of the problem.

      I would happily recommend 1 hour Heating and Cooling to everyone. When I was having ac issues August 2023 they were the ones who were truly honest with me. No major fix, just a fuse. 2 days ago my ac was not blowing cool air like it should. Ken came out same day I contacted them. Cleared up the issue and had us back up and running within an hour of arrival. Not once did he try to upsell or convince more was needed. Took care of the minor issue went over the issue in detail. Don’t hesitate to call or schedule an appointment with them!
