I have different experiences with this business. Plenty of good. My recent experience has me worried for other customers. My wife took in our Honda Civic for an oil change. She asked them if they can check the brakes because we keep hearing a grinding noise when we brake. They said that they checked the brakes and they were fine. Test drove it and heard no noise. Don’t know how they couldn’t hear the grinding. I heard as soon as I took the car out right after the service. Then last night, my brakes go out. I was lucky it was late and no traffic. I called them and they pretty much called my wife a liar. Said that their form does not have brake inspection requested on it. That they have recordings that he listened to while I was on hold and it was not mentioned. My wife is not one to lie about that. She felt suspicious that they said they heard no grinding. All he could say is that they are not liable, and why would they not check the brakes if the back brakes had “warranty.” I explained I’m not sure what happened that day because the mechanic even forgot to update the oil life in the cars computer. He told me to bring the car in. How can I drive a car that has no brakes?! He said you can tow it here. Don’t think he’s going to put up the money to have it towed from all the way across town. No point in finding a resolution because the gentleman I spoke with made it clear that they will not be held liable, at this point even accountable. I could have gone straight into moving traffic, my wife and kids could have. Could have gone into an fatal accident in the freeway. But they are too worried about the money than the customers. Even said that they will put in the computer that only I can bring the car in going forward and not my wife, like that was the problem. Will not be going back. I urge customers to be very careful. Would not want this happening to any one. Plus sounded like they would not seek resolutions unless you will pay $$$
