    Do to poor service and zero customer service I cancelled my account with ******************. I was told my equipment and bottles would be picked up and my account credited. I haven't seen or heard from Tahoe Springs nor have I received my credit due.

    The account was past due and we were unable to deliver. Everything is scheduled for pick up on Tuesday, July 16th. Once the pick up has been made, it takes about 4 weeks to close out the account and mail out any refund.

    Tahoe Springs continues to lie about the events so I attached all the evidence. I called Tahoe Springs on 7/3/24 to verify deliver on Friday 7/5/24.  As you see by the text message my delivery was scheduled for Friday 7/5/24.  We did not receive the promised delivery as it was scheduled by text.  Once again I called Tahoe Springs again on 7/5/24 to ask about my delivery and they said the driver already left work.  Tahoe Springs once again schedules a delivery for Monday 7/8/24 (see text message) and as you can guess I didn't receive my water as promised and at this point it was obvious these people couldn't manage a hot dog stand let alone a service company.  Other consumers need to be warned that these people have the worst customer service.

    We are a company that has been in serving the ********* community for 30 years. We have satisfied thousands of customers, and our record proves that. Once in awhile we do make mistakes, like your situation, and we are truly sorry about this. We have sent out the refund check in the mail on 7/25, and we hope that will help ease some of the harm of our mistake. Again, we apologize that you have had this experience.

    I canceled my water delivery service with this company on June 28, 2023. I was told then that on July 1, 2023 they would "officially" close my account and mail my refund of $20. I called again at the end of July to inquire about refund, I was told then that my account would not be "officially closed" until August 1, 2023 Today is August 29, I called to ask again about the refund and I was told again that my account only "officially closed" on August 1 and they have 4 to 6 weeks to mail the refund. And that they would be mailing the check in the next several weeks. $20 may not seem like much to complain about, its the lack of integrity and business acumen that is the primary reason for filing this complaint.

    Id choose to cancel my service from Tahoe springs in April of this year 2023, was told on April 12th, they would process the refund, it is now the end of July. ************************* has been handling this, they seem more proficient at penalties towards customers, than this simple funds return. Im sure I would have heard from them more if it was myself that owed them. ************************* is customer service manager so I have no one else to contact
