    Repulsive water & customer service. I read the below review and it seems that insisting on picking up full bottles of water that you have already paid for is a trend for Tahoe Springs. I was a customer for about 2 years, and I had service for both my home and my office. We were on auto pay so we paid for everything in advance. The Alkaline water started tasting really bad so we had them pick up a bottle for testing. We were supposed to hear back but never did. I finally went to cancel the day before we were to receive a delivery at my home, however they delivered earlier than the scheduled date. My assistant called in to tell them we needed to cancel, and they needed to pick up the bottles that they delivered early to my home. Rachel "the manager" was rude & combative. She insisted we had requested the bottles be delivered to my home when we did not. The week before my assistant called to let them know we didn't received a delivery to our office, not my home. So after a very acidic exchange that I had with Rachel, after many emails she finally ended up refunding the bottles delivered erroneously to my home. However when they came to pick up the empties from my business there were 2 full bottles left. Shalen, the driver, told me that he needed to pick up all the bottles since we were canceling, it didn't matter if they were unopened. I wrote to Rachel and she said that it didn't matter what the driver said they weren't refunding the bottles! I also followed up with her to see exactly what the results of the water testing were, and she told me she would get back to me when the owner got back that week. However after a month passed and no word from them. I followed up and she gave me a dismissive answer and reiterated they would not be refunding the 2 bottles that they picked up. It's not the money, it is the principle. You cannot treat paying customers like trash and you need to take responsibility for your team's actions! Also ensure the quality of your product!

    Our shops used these guys for years. When I took over, immediately noticed they bring way to much water.
    Bottles sitting everywhere. All the time. So I cut it in half on delivery's.
    Still way to much. Bottles were still everywhere.
    The monthly cost didn't make sense. So I canceled. They became incredibly rude. They came to one shop instead of both shops. They took everything. Even the 4 full bottles I PAID for in full. Refused to let us finish it or even make the offer that we could. I spoke to a woman who was very dismissive. Then I spoke to her manager.
    Who was even worse. The manager was explaining that it was MY job to make sure HER employee did his job correctly.
    Apparently it was not HIS job to call HIS boss to say there were full bottles still. Apparently it was not HIS job to tell MY guys that we could keep everything until we finished the water WE paid for. That we should have just known that was an option. The manager kept questioning me with - How were we supposed to know you wanted the water?? was in shock with that I had to keep telling a manager, that she should know I wanted MY water, because I PURCHASED it. There is your sign. If someone buys something from you, they WANT it. She refused a refund.
    And continued to charge and service my other shop!
    AFTER I CANCELLED!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Worst service. Worst customer service.
